The one purple kush is looking beautiful happy and healthy The other I planted with too small of a plant root, tried to brush top soil to check on it and maybe damaged it ( Whoops, gotta be more patient) The Blue Dream just all of a sudden dried and and got sad on me. Tried misting it... Dont know if its going to survive, perhaps I took it from the humidity dome too soon?

If anyone could help me figure out why my blue dream may have dried out randomly on me id appreciate it. I took it out of dome as soon as the Cotyledon leaves were fully opened as per usual. Thanks guys I did pluck the seed shell off it but I thought I was very gentle.

Just put more dirt in pot to cover more of the stem. Mist and put a dome on it for a couple days and it will be fine. Patience and happy growing!!!

One purple kush doing well The blue dream dried up randomly, Put it back into humidity dome and it seems to be surviving. Fingers Crossed I got impatient with one of the seeds not popping, dug around a bit to check it and must have damaged it, she didnt make it.

Very happy with the purple kush its doing wonderful. The Blue dream looks crazy but after all this shes gonna be a nice smoke once she makes it to harvest. I popped two more seeds and forgot to rewater my paper towel one night and lost both babies. Been a tough grow. Going to stick with these two and get some clones off them to make up for the lost seeds.

All Purpose - Gaia Green
All Purpose 1.302 mll
Outside and Inside plants all looking hungry this week. Fed them about 1/2 cup Gaia Green 4-4-4. ( Should have been 1/3 but they be lackin ) Did some topping earlier this week, had to do some defoliation Sunday to uncover all the bud sites, huge fan leaves on the Purple Kush. Going to start an outside journal too, those ladies lookin super happy sun tanning :D Have a couple Unknown seedlings in the tent a friend gave me, just popped them for fun and see what happens. Would like to do some clones of the Purple Kush to make up for the lost babies. Want to try a scrog net with this girl, when would you guys recommend?

Definitely too much. Gaia green top dress stuff? might complicate fixing this.. i've not had an experience with similar products and how to combat toxicity. Obviously, you want to reduce concentration in soil. I wouldn't try to strip it completely though. Rhetorical question -- How fast did this occur? If it took a long time for it to present itself, you know you only need a small adjustment down. If this happened quickly, you'll want to take more drastic measures. 2-1-2 is magic ratio. (NPK). pH should be 5.8-6.5 ish. If adding anything beyond what is listed, consider that and any other changes in behaviour lately. cause and effect can be weeks or even months apart. e.g. an Mg def takes a month or more to show itself visibly on leaves from the time it is present. Ensure pH is good before doing other things. Check ppm of runoff, if you can. it'll help verify if levels are too high in substrate -- don't read it as an exact value.. merely is it higher than what you put in and by an amount that is not insignificant. You know you need less... so i'd give an irrigation or two with extra water... trying to dilute soil a bit, then when you resume top-dress feeding cycle give 10% less? make small incremental changes if this issue took a long time to present itself and you maintained consistent behaviour in that time. Other possibility: are you watering for total saturation or is it possible you have dry pockets? this can cause wildly volatile nutrient levels and pH levels in certain areas of the root zone... this would be bad. so, even though you are top-dressing, do get some runoff to waste. Make sure there are no dry pockets... water as evenly as possible to help avoid that.

Crazy heat wave this week. Thought plant was Nitrogen Toxicity, then I thought it was Potassium Deficient... Now im wondering if it was heat stress all along. Still healthy plant just hurtin a bit. The two babies are doing super well this week. Topped them and did some minor defol on the bottom

Too much nitrogen. Riding toxicity, leaves dark green, clawing down. Looks like nute burn on your tips. Your gassing it too much. Heat don't look like it caused a issue yet.

The kush seems to be recovered from the split already. She has almost recovered/used up all the extra nutes and it looking much happier in that regard as well. Tied my first SCROG net. Did some super cropping to get the two main shoots down, recovered really quick. Seems to be doing super well. I will be moving the unknowns and clones into smaller tent and flipping to flower sometime this upcoming week.

Did a huge defol early in flower, hopefully these girls will focus more on the bud sites now. Repotted the two clones im keeping. Ran out of coco and so did my local garden center. Now that ive removed a lot of the older foliage it seems the nitrogen problem is finally over The one einstein plant hasnt grown much, I think the overwatering stunted it

One of my plants in the veg tent (16/8) decided to flower on its own (Photoperiod) so I moved it to flower and had to put it on a booster seat lol. Moved the scrog net up the purple kush is doing great, lots of bud sites. The Einstein still looks rough, I noticed some fungus gnats today so I believe thats what is making it so sad. Set some traps and sprayed the top soil with bugbegone. Bit of a heat wave this weekend but starting next week I should be able to keep the tent closed again. Veg tent clones are doing super well. The one purple punch I see the evidence of waiting too long to repot shes looking hungry, but the new growth looks great. Decided to tie her down and make a manifold. Will repot the purple kushs next weekend.

Purple kush is looking great. I gave it a good defol again. Einstein plants are hurting. Definitely nute burn. I just didnt give them to attention they needed and should have been recording feedings. From now on as well I am going to go from peet to 5 gal and not mess around. Keep it simple Purple punch clone is looking better now looks like the new food is activated and feeding the plant ( Left that one a little too long as well, more evidence for the 5 gal switch) Purple kush clones doing wonderful, growing like crazy. They got new homes in the 5 gal pots today.

Flower tent looking good, the girls are happy. I fixed and heat and humidity issue. I will feed them tomorrow on Sunday Veg tent looking fairly good, had the lights too intense, had to do a big defol on a couple of them. They all seem to be springing back. Definitely learning lots on this grow. As its my second official grow I think I am doing fairly well.

Sept.05/21 Seeing a few issues. I have learned a lot from this grow. 1. Less is more with nutrients 2. I believe I have too much light power in this tent so 10/10 is too much, I have dialed back to 8/10 brightness. I think I waited a bit too long to refeed because of having too much nitrogen earlier. Not it seems theres not enough lol. I have been giving the girls molasses in the water almost everyday this past week. About 1 tbsp per gallon of water.

Not much happened this week. Not super impressed with the bud size or trichomes. She’s really going yellow and fading probably 10-20% amber she will go into the dark period and be cut down this following week

It’s a little early, but this plant is so faded I need to chop her down. Probably about 5-10% Amber. Biggest lesson learned this grow is less nutrients is more. For those of you using Gaia green, don’t follow the instructions on the containers it will burn the shit out of your plants. I spoke to one of their representatives and he even suggested using like a third or less of what’s posted on the container. Hard lesson learned but the next grow will be so much better. Thanks for following guys will have harvest up once it’s dried and ready for the jars! Added the two clones from the veg tent to the flower tent. (Found thrips in both tents, so I made a concoction of natural dish soap, oil of cinnamon, clove and peppermint and gave it a spray on two separate days) Hopefully we say bye bye to the thrips, it’s mild so I am confident I can be rid of the buggers.
