5/17 dropped a singular seed into a cup of water. Curious to note that originally the seed instantly sunk to the bottom but then popped back up moments later
5/18 moved to moist paper towel in ziplock bag
5/19 taproot
5/20 big ass tap root. Planted into 5 gal pot fabric pots
5/22 sprouted
5/25 watered medium
5/28 day 6 watered again. She's growing normal so far
6/13 tried to do some LST about 3 or 4 days ago and today she was standing up straight. So I tried again and hopefully ahe wont be too strong and pull the ties off again. Shes exploding with growth. There are pistils already as well. Fed her for the for at time today with actual npk. Hope all goes well
6/16 she handled the feeding well. Tucked leaves and used some LST clips
6/19 Pistils everywhere. Gonna consider this the start of flowering. Still applying LST where I can to try and maximize the layout of the plant
6/22 fan leaves are so huge theyre kind of in the way. Super dark leaves. She seems happy though. Put her outside today
6/26 the main cola still fights the LST I have applied(reminds me of gelato auto) but I havent given up. I pushed the main cola back down to rest flat until a different day. Fed her some slf-100 and recharge today
6/29 Shes a little roughed up after these last 3 days. She has heat damage to quite a lot of her. So I defoliated the damaged leaves and she perked right up after water. I am slightly concerned about the forming pistils though. They did not respond well to the heat these past 3 days. We had weather at 112 one day 115 the next and then 118 yesterday. The plants cant handle that
7/3 starting week 3 of flower. Not much flower development so far. The heat the other week may have slowed or stunted the growth by burning the freshly formed Pistils. Shes praying all the time and seems happy so we'll see how it goes
7/5 looking happy. fed her small amounts of open sesame. Main cola has some slight frost forming on the fan leaves. Good sign. Set up my irrigation today for the week im on vacation coming up
7/8 started this week a few days early because ill be on vacation. Shes loomimg good. Gettong frosty on the fan leaves. Not much bud formation so far but we shall see how it goes. Im thinking this will be a long/slow sativa type flowering.
7/17 she is SUPER fucking frosty 😍💚 buds are filling out too. Cant wait to see her a couple weeks from now
7/21 she was getting super bushy so I defoliated alot of the bigger fan leaves
7/26 getting more and more frosty. Looking real sexy. Making the whole backyard smell. Shes doing awesome so far. Fed her some recharge and slf100. I need to check trichomes to see when i should start flushing
8/3 we are at the end of week 10. The fades setting in. I tried checking trichomes the other night but it got dark before I got a good look but there was at least 1 amber trichomes 😅 gonna start the flush and let her fade a bit longer before I decide to harvest
8/5 checked trichomes again. My rough guess is about 20% clear, 10% amber and 70% milky/cloudy. So im gonna give her another week or so
8/14 the start of 48 hours of darkness
8/16 chop and trim
8/17 drying day 1.. 72°F and 38% humidity
Day 2: 70°F and 48% humidity
Day 3: 70°F and 42% humidity
Day 4: 72°F and 47% humidity
Plant was dry after 4 days.
Total dry weight is 48.2 grams
In my opinion this is a decent amount from an autoflower of this size.
She was annoying to trim but thats due to the sativa dominant genetics but the trim i have smells amazing and will make some fucking bomb hash later on. She smells fantastic. Doesnt look the best but thats all opinion. All in all im happy with this harvest and the product that was produced. Thanks @fastbuds
