Fractal has finally started to bloom although it is sad to say that we do not think she will finish on time, unless she decides to explodes double time. I did threaten her with the fact she will either be used in the hash and press machine or dragged into the garage by a lift truck which is probably impossible with her size but I don’t think she was listening. This girl has been cleaned up quite a bit and I am finally happy with her figure, we did have to build her a bracing system because she was feathering all about like a whip in the many thunderstorms that we have had. Fractal does not seem touched by any powdery mildew and she is a healthy girl but she is moody, the cool nights have had her very upset to say the least and we find the only time she is happy is when she gets the mbx grow. To sum it up, Fractal is probably a better girl for the indoor grow where temperatures can be somewhat maintained. Epsom salts have been the only extra ingredient that was added to the rain barrel, we have done this once a week for the last few and she has had some coffee grounds added to the top of her soil bed. This has really improved her colour and she is magnificent, time will tell what the future holds for Fractal. We can only hope the weather stays above frost level over the next five or six weeks.
Nice grow. just got some Fractal seeds today and it will be one of my domestic four this summer here in Edmonton. I’m going with only a 5 gallon bag (20 L) so I can easily keep it in direct sun or move to the garage for 12 h darkness to force flowering a few weeks earlier. Your grows are awesome. Good luck for another outdoor season.
