One of the biggest seeds I’ve every seen. Compared to other seeds I’ve grown, it looked like a large mouse poo 😆. It popped quick, 24hrs, very large tap root in such a short time.
Transplanted from Air Pot PROPAGATION CELL (1L / .3G) last week to Super Air-Pruning Pots Multiple Size, #3 (25cm D x 25cm H)
May.16. Topped. Plant is growing large quickly. Never topped an auto flower before, but she got big, quick and looked super healthy. Will LST it next week. First run with Gaia Green soil, so far impressed, have not had to amended soil.
Kelp & guano added 3 days after topping. Very impressed with the growth rate with no amendments to soil until now. Topping didn’t seem to slow her down. I like to add kelp and guano early. From my experience it promotes big stocks and thick growth, when added early. I usually do it one more time before flower with photos.
Bare with me on this grow, been a few years since I’ve grown an auto. Have to figure out the timing for everything.. Basically following my photo schedule at reduced amounts for feeding. If she responds well to the guano and kelp, I will adjust amounts.
Teaser photo. Afghani Hawaiian x Laos x Jamaican, just about finished. Very impressed with this strain, super easy grow and very cool looking plant in flower. Plus it stacks up well with bud. Totally recommend.
June.2. Really good growth. I think this lady can eat, will feed her tomorrow
June.3. I was all out of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4, so I went to the local nursery. They only had in stock U-Cann Abundant Bloom 2-7-7 (by Gaia Green). Never tried it before but all other Gaia Green products I’ve use have been solid. Time to feed her, so.......
4 tbs (12tsp) U-Cann Abundant Bloom 2-7-7
1/2 tbs. Gaia Green Kelp 1-0-3
1 1/2 tsp Down to Earth Bat Guano 9-3-1
1/2 tsp Dynomyco
2L plain old tap water. We have really good water in our area for growing. 12ppm, ph 6.34 out of the tap. I just fill part of a 5G bucket
