The top leaves turn yellow on the tips, and the new leaves look a bit weird, like curled up ... I thought of calcium / magnesium deficiency. You confirm ?
That clawing is generally a sign of Nitrogen toxicity, as are burnt tips. I would lay off the nutes and see if that helps. Possibly flush with plain water but it's so mild it will likely correct itself without that.
Awesome way to go, outdoors is a must, the sun is the key although other lights can compensate from times to times.
