Took a couple fan leaves off because this is my runt I Don't need max yield willing to trial and error to learn 😊

Any clue what could be causing the brown spots on the bottom of these leaves? I wondered if maybe touching the soil or maybe from me touching the leaves. Happened after watering. No pests that I can detect. Any tips or ideas or just should I keep an eye on it and not worry yet?
