@@@JonGolT, Did you looked on the leaves or on the flowers? The leaves mature earlier... You still got too much white pistils (are sure you didn't confused pistils with trichomes? )
Check anyone harvested diarym see how long it takes from the stage you plant is at to the moment it is harvested :

Next time, if you got some time, let it grow much more. You will gain more trichomes, more flowers, more smell and so on...
