1st ever go at this so happy for advice! Environment settled and seeds soaking for 24 hours before going into 12.5L of BioBizz Light Mix pre watered earlier with 1L mineral water (purchased for the 5L bottles but let's see how it goes!) and 2ml BioBizz Root Juice to try and get things going off right. After 1 hour running my extractor fan (2nd hand from a friend who was as devastated as me) packed in but luckily Amazon were on hand to have a new one with me in less than a day! 💚

A solid 1st week in the tent with humidity between 75 and 95% consistently and the temp 23 to 27c Now on day 7 they have happily taken 200ml water each day with the root boost, going to keep at that and look to add some grow into the mix in the next day or so 💚

Bit of an up and down week this one. I only ph'd the water week one once at the beginning. This week I had the feeling the calibration was all over on my meter as the leaves started curling and twisting on both plants and I thought I may have been at least plus or minus 1.0 on my feed. Bought a new one which I think is a lot more accurate with 3 points if calibration (although it only calibrates at two of the liquids it does read the 3rd correctly). This has meant a battle raising and lowering the pH occured feed by by feed and as I only bought pH down for our hard water I had to improvise with baking soda to bring it back up. All in all I think this has caused the problems with the leaves but I'm open to any thoughts anyone has! The Strawberry Banana is definitely the bigger of the two, already wondering if the Gorilla Cookies will catch up or stay small and if this has been down to me!? I've been giving 200ml each daily with root boost and grow from biobizz.

Had it all this week again - possible over watering signs I thought so dropped the amounts down and then some yellow tips on the Strawberry Banana so just plain pH downed 6.3 for her. But then at other points they have looked superb, all this on my 1st grow is a bit head frying to say the least and any advice, as always, is appreciated! Especialy as on day 21, when adjusting the LST on the Gorilla Cookies I snapped the main stem 2/3 of the way through above the 1st node.... I've wrapped her in duct tape and sealed with a cable tie and she looks to be ok but I'm worried she's still done for!? Was going to switch to 20/4 at flower but have done so the night of the incident to maximise her recovery as much as possible

Was considering a 20/4 cycle on flowering but after snapping the stem I've brought that in now to try and aid recovery in any way I can. Spotted pistils after a trim to the Strawberry Banana on day 22, thing about to get interesting! Last bits of LST and such for her this week but the Gorilla Cookies still has a bit to go and probably even more after the stem incident 🤦‍♂️Speaking of which, little RAM fan gave up this week so I got a bigger one to cool things better but in the process of setting it up I took out a lower branch on the Strawberry Banana, not to bad as it was only a spindly little thing and the space has been utilised to bend some others over giving even more light access. Going to start adding a small amount of bloom to the feed for her now but the Cookies are still on a 10th of the recommended dose but doing well for it spreading out nicely! By the end of the week pistils were really coming out on both girls so a big trim was given and a probable last round of LST to really let the light in! All looks good right now!

A solid week in flower for both girls and looking good for it, plenty of bud sites on them and more happening every day. The Strawberry Banana loves a feed at about 80% strength grow and bloom at 700ml daily, looking very chunky and stocky. The Gorilla Cookies is on 500ml daily and a 20% feed once in every 3 with just the pH 6.3 water the other 2 and she works great on that. She's shown a bit of a sativa side this week and stretched out above the SB, not bad for what was the runt of the 2 and having had her main stem ripped 3/4 of the way through just above the 1st node! Bought another new fan as the last was too big. That one is circulating air now in the room which the tent lives while the new one is much better suited to face the plants and has a nice wide 110 degree oscillation and 3 speeds, so quiet as well for the power it puts out! The humidifier has been swamped out for a dehumidifier and while it's too early to say it just how good it is, it looks to be gathering a bit of moisture. The new Govee WiFi hygrometer had been a revelation in just how much things like opening the tent, lights off and feeding effect the temp and humidity so hoping I can use this to my advantage! A big defoliation for both girls on day 35 and a last adjusting of the LST to expose the many bud sites to as much light as possible. Hope it all looks good to an watchers on, any advice is always welcome!

Started the week off well from the big defoliations and adjustings yesterday. Upped the feed amounts per litre but still diluting them down a bit and in the case of the Cookies just feeding plain water for 2 of every 3 days. This carried on all week with buds and smell starting to build very nicely indeed!

Started the week with another trim on both, nothing near the level of the last one but enough to ensure good passage of light. On day 44 the GC was 8 inches from the light so raised the SB so the highest point of each was about level and raised the light to 15 inches away (was that a decent idea?). Buds fattening up as the week progresses and beginning to cluster and fill me with hope! Temps have hit a 34c high this week with a heatwave in progress but so far so good 🤞

day44 my Gorrila Cookies were 8inches from the light so raised the Strawberry Banana to about level with the highest point of the Gorilla Cookies and raised the light to 15inches away from both, was that a decent idea or should I have raised the light and left them as they were?

nice one, theres no exact science with this but all ar correct in that you should move the shortest plant fairly equal to the current best performing plant. happy grows dude..

More of a battle with the humidity now the temps have dropped again, struggling to go below 50% and topping out at 55% but the girls look to be ok. Dropped the light down a touch but spotted some curls early enough to get the light raised a back, a lesson learnt! Smells from the Strawberry Banana are amazing, along with the two obvious scents I am also getting the smell of synthetic American grape flavouring from a Fanta and I love it! The Gorilla Cookies are growing really well now too but trichomes are still a way of the Strawbs, wow she is shining up nicely! Loads of different colour trichomes at the top which threw me a bit but just letting her ride as they could be down to a knock or the lights apparently?!

Noticed some yellow/lime green sugar leaves at the top of the two tallest buds on the Gorilla Cookies along with some dark and light spots. Could it be light or wind burn? Hope it's not something more! I raised the lights a few days ago after spotting some whitening and curling at the tips, could it be something coming on after that? That issue aside the weeks gone well, the buds are still packing and getting more and more crystals throughout. Humidity started creeping up at the end of the week, a spell of wet weather and feeds going up to 1 litre being the causes. The little dehumidifier I have does remove some moisture but I was seeing it well over 55% more often than I would have like as so had bought four 2 litre paint kettles and, having drilled holes in the bottom of two of them and housed them inside an unholed one each, filled the top to the brim with rock salt to hopefully drop me back towards 50%🤞 Think it's time to start flushing through the SB and may do the same with the GC, she's a tad further back but hoping for a strong finish

Leaves circled have gone lime green to yellow with the dark and light spots shown in the image. Is it light burn, wind burn or something more sinister?!

1st day of the week and I have given them both a big feed at full strength as I am thinking of beginning a flush on both pretty imminently. The Strawberry Banana is definitely ready for it, the Gorilla Cookies is a little behind but I'm hopefull I can hold the Strawberry off a week and harvest them both around day 77. Day 64 started the SB flush with straight 6.3 water and giving the GC another few big full feeds before starting her flushing at the end of the week

Strawberry Banana harvested at day 72, had to create a stand alone drying environment as the cookies was still going. Used 3 moving boxes, a sliding vent, bamboo and mounted a hygrometer to display outwards and it worked a treat! Continued feeding just water to the cookies the rest of the week as we wait for her to finish up!

1st plant harvested from my 1st ever grow and I'm pretty happy! 34.5 ounces dried and in the jar curing. The fruit smells from the grow have been joined by a creamy scent give it an almost dessert like aroma. Really nice early smoke, great strength with a metal hit that flows into a whole body stone with heavy eyes!

What a plant! Ripped her 3/4 of the way through above the 1st node and feared the worst but she just kept coming back for more and after starting life as the smaller of the 2 strains she really packed on the fruits! Had 2 days of dark on day 81 and chopped on day 83 Currently drying away! When all was said and done 72 grams dried! Will take that happily but not sure why it won't let me report that below?!
