Hi, so this is my first time useing led I am useing a mars hydro fc 4800 and currently have it sitting 43 cm above my seedlings on the lowest light setting just wondering if any one could give me some guidance as if should be closer or further away and what power to be on thanks
Nice light! It’s hard to say but those have nice distribution and don’t have hot spots in the middle like the quantum board style ones do. Id personally run at 50% at 24”/60cm and observe the next few days. You could probably get it up to 75% once you have a few nodes.
Look for stretching, as that means they aren’t getting sufficient light
Like I touched on earlier, those have great distribution of light so you should be fine whatever you do chose to do.
Any help would be much appreciated, so the leaves are looking with a yellow tinge , my thoughts were light stress as had lights on 24/7 on to high and to close I have since then back off on the power of the lights and move them further away from the plants and changed to 20/4.
Hi there, I think you have Magnesium lock out due to imbalance pH.You mention that your pH is 6.1 and you are using dripping system. What is your run off pH and ppm.Let the water to be run off about 10~15% and check.Happy growing... ✌️
Mrgreengrinch Accidentally snapped the main cola on one of them not quite clean in half but definitely not ideal. Taped her up and hoping doesn’t effect yield to much.
