This seed came as a 2 seed gift after ordering from semillasbaratas.com. Started it with the paper towel germination method.
The seed finally sprouted in day 4 after I manually separated the cotyledons since they were glued by some remaining seed tissue. Could've done it in day 3 but we're not gonna complain with this healthy looking plant.
Right now I will try to give it as much sunlight as possible during the day, and put in inside at nights and during the expected rainy days from this week. I will only supplement it with my indoor lights when the sun is supposed to be up, to avoid inducing premature flowering on her.
This week started with expected rains every single day, so I'm taking the little seedling inside with the Sour Diesel Auto that I'm growing with LED lights. As last week, I will remove it from there once it's had its 14 hours of light per day, so that it doesn't auto-flower when I take it outside, hopefully next week.
This week I already transplanted the seedling into its final 11L pot, and I will be taking it outside during the day for the whole week. I'll have to fight the high temps (35ºC) with some shade and water but she'll be fine.
Next week I might leave it during nights and start feeding it with Bio-Grow.
The plant is looking awesome so far.
Starting to develop some pistils around most colas, so flowering should be really close now.
She is staring to smell a little bit too, so that's another sign right there. Can't wait to see that nice aroma develop even more!
Looking back at this week I cannot believe the massive growth that she's experienced in such a short time: more than 10 cm and 3 pairs of new leaves in 7 days.
First flowering stage week, though she has already some nice pistils showing.
I haven't fed her any nurtrient yet since she hasn't displayed the need for them, but I'll try to add some of them little by little so I can maximize yield before flushing and harvesting.
Added some nutrients at day 31 to help transition to flower, I will be watching over it and see if it needs more or less of them.
This week I'll be out for a trip, so I'll probably implement some auto drip watering system so the plants receive at least some extra water apart from the one I will be giving them before leaving.
Finally returned home and found that the plant was healthy and still going strong!
She seems to perfectly adjust to the nutrients fed so far, so I will be feeding them untill flushing week.
She's growing bigger buds each day!
I'm trying to complement that with some increase in the flowering nutrients amount per feeding.
Hopefully she'll be ready to harvest in about a month.
Did a little bit of defoliating this week, since some leaves were already dying due to the plant being close to harvest.
I will give her a couple more weeks and I will also flush her before harvesting it.
After checking on trichomes with a jewelrs lupe, I decided that I liked the trichome coloring so far and that this plant is already nearing harvest, so I started flushing it so next week it will be ready to be finally chopped down!
This strain was one of the easiest I've grown so far, regarding the effort I've put in it.
If you're looking for an easy and resistant strain to try and grow for the first time this is a good one!

I'm also growing a Critical auto with my Jack Herer. I am looking forward to see how Yours does outdoors. Looking forward to see some nice fat Buds on that Girl 😎
