So far so good. The girls look strong, have been going well. Depending on how fast the keep growing I may have to switch to a 1 gal pot sooner than I thought.
I spent the week mainly transplanting. I transplanted the Sour Diesels (ILGM) from a Jiffy Pot into a 1 gallon fabric pot.😁 I really didn't have any issues this week everything is going well 👌. The plant(s) recovered 😷 from the transplant like nothing even happened. I would guess in the next week or so I will be transplanting into a 2 gallon pot, depending on how fast she grows. I like to go up 👆 in pot size gradually. I never really believed it made a difference. I would go straight from the Jiffy Pot to my end pot (3 gal, 5gal, whatever). Then I found some 1 gallon and 2 gallon fabric pot at a really good price 😎 so I bought them. I started out just trying a few plants and kept the plants that went straight into the large pots right next to them. To my surprise 😮 I noticed a petty significant difference in growth. Now I figure for a little extra effort 💪 whether it works or not it's worth a shot.
This week went well. After transplanting the Sour Diesel grew pretty quick. In another few weeks I will have to transplant into a a 2 or 3 gallon fabric pot. So far so good....talk to you next week.
Had a great week. ILGM has always been a strong grower for me. I've grown a few different strains from ILGM and they always grow very well. She went from 8 inches to 16 inches this week. I topped her about 3-4 days ago. She recovered from the topping very well and has new growth so she is doing as well as I could want. No problems to talk about this week 😀. Onto week 5.
Sour Diesel plant is growing great. Now at 27 inches and growing fast. She has been topped and is now in Flower. Now it will be watering and pruning until we get some buds.
This week went very well. She grew another 7 +/- inches. A little bit of stretch but not too bad, I'll keep an eye on it. If i didn't already have 2 more SD growing, I probably would have kept this plant for a mother plant. I'm just starting to do a little cloning. I like SD but i don't want 7 plants right now. With the little bit of LST i did, my canopy is pretty even height wise.
This plant has been growing unbelievably well. She has not only grown fast but evenly. I've been doing some pruning of the tiny lower bud sites that won't grow into much and doing some more LST to let more light in.
@JamMAKEcan,Hey I'm on my first outdoor grow this summer. Of course it's been raining with no sun for 10 days lol, hopefully things work out....I just used all my free reg. seeds for outside. I figure they were free so if I f_ck it up it's no big deal. I'll separate them as soon as I seed the pollen sacks. I've only been growing all together about maybe 3 years, all indoors until this summer. Took a couple grows to get to where I wanted my harvest to be...size and potency wise. Now it's all tweaking little things per what the strain likes. A little more control indoors. At least i think so.
@Brickie74,..totally understand👍👍 I'm still trying to get to a master of couch lock 4real.. Then I'll be happy.. I just put all my girls in there 2 day dark period after good inspection . their was amber crystalsl so nervous it's unreal🤜😣🤛😂😂😎🚬my first time indoors in a tent with light and nutrients. So i nervous to see if i did it right😳🤞🤞🤞
