She is really taking shape with all the training. I canโt complain really with the structure that has been achieved. There are a good number of tops to work with. Most of this week is going to be let her stretch more and wait to see if I wonโt adjust any of her branches towards the end of week 4. She is roughly one foot by one foot across the canopy.
The update for week 4 is that she is turning in to a beast. I had to do some more LST and even bed two of the tops slightly to try and bring her height down some. She was 13 inches, almost 14 inches tall. My lights are already at max height so I need to make a as much room as possible for the final stretch. She is also nearly 24 inches by 20 inches across her canopy. She is making the most out of her situation, and Iโm not going to complaint about that. The number of potential tops is impressive looking back at all my previous grows.
I canโt say for sure yet why she is a beast because Iโve changed some things from my previous grows. She is the 1st plant to go full cycle with 150W of light from seed to now. She is the 1st to also use an air pot. She is also from a breeder with really good genetics. I suppose it doesnโt really matter why she is doing an awesome job, just that she is. Week 7 will give our overall final form. Stay tuned. ๐
Nice man! I like your thinking, we are probably related some ๐ค๐
Watch out the pipe cleaners dont get to tight, they will slice into your branches like nothing and if forgotten about will slice them right off. I know because it happened to me when I used pipe cleaners. I found plastic coated wire from a dollar store works way safer.
Just throwing that out there๐ป good luck man โฎ๏ธ๐
@@Canamatoes, thank you. I know about the pipe cleaners. Not from an incident involving pipe cleaners, but rather some thread that is about as thick as the metal spine of the pipe cleaner. Iโll be keeping an eye out. ๐
Que maravilha โ๏ธ

@DookieNugGenetics, I think that the pot did play a factor. But I can't honestly say how much. This was also my first grow at 150 watts. But the root development was nice. This pot will last longer than fabric pots and resist mold better. The soil was 100% Fox Farm Ocean Forrest. This pot is large though for a single plant. I plan to use it as a split pot with a divider to prevent root strangulation.
These are some thick colas!! Well done on your frosty-looking buds! We hope you have enjoyed growing our genetics !! Keep up the good work! Happy harvest!!!๐พ
@Hydro_Hiebs, thank you for the comments. I learn from each season and this one has taught me she isnโt a fan of hard feeding. So I know for this strain going forward to avoid that. But Iโll probably apply this to all future grows. ๐ฝ
