I broke a branch for the first time since i started growing...stomach falls to the floor like taking a ride on a fighter jet. She's fine though, easy tape fix.
Seed sprout tea as usual, but this time i tested a new recipe on a single plant last weekend...damaged the plant in many places so that recipe is scraped.
No cages will be put in, im feeling more mother earth driven this grow, just gonna let them grow as is.
i did top dress some fert middle of week.
Seed sprout tea again, probably last time i will do it now that flowering has started. It has begun, from here on out im on pins and needles hoping nothing goes wrong.
Tested an alcohol based foliar spray on one plant. 8,5:1 alcohol/water/surfactant partially into flower in the hopes i've killed the rot before those nugs tighten up and close off the inside. I had been selectively harvesting F1 i (yes ill use numbers next time) for a couple of weeks now, but finally chopped her completely. I don't know how much she produced in ounces or grams cuz i dont give a shit...she made a bunch and im getting high from her.
Harvest F1i, 5gal bucket i was using a dolly to put in garage to flower 12/12...worked like a charm, actually stopped overnighting it in garage about a week ago. It was so close to harvest that i didn't care if it tried to reveg. I started these F1's in March and already have F2's. Pollen Chuckers Local Chapter #570. If you know anything about breeding it's not normal to have F2's this fast in a growing season.
Flowering full throttle. Tested a 1:4 alcohol/water foliar on two smaller plants. killed bugs instantly, hoping it knocks out some budrot . no significant leaf damage from the spray yet 24hrs on so i may have found a nice spray during early flowering.
Will run a string of lights and begin second grow that will extend into December
budrot setting in in some spots, it's inevitable but not more than .05% of crop so far. Yes it sucks when you see it but you gotta keep in mind i dont spray for it....im testing 3 more strains now
Zero mold or mildew resistance, i wont work this line. Got 180seeds left tho. Gave away over 2lbs...kept 2.5lbs for myself. Its end result is limoncello with tar greasy...body high, saturated feeling after an hour smoking..just what i like from an herb...this is all indica, idk why growdiaries says 100% sativa
