Was looking for a comparison grow but didn’t find one at this stage so I figured I should share. I’ll try to put together a whole diary for my next grow because we can all learn so much from each other.
Anyways, here are my Sour Diesel ladies, grown in organic soil, watered with R/O water adjusted down to 6.2-6.5pH using Earth Juice. Flowering pot contained Ocean Forest / Happy Frog mix with some other stuff I mixed together.
This grow has been pretty well monitored and should be finishing up in a few weeks. I have the lights at about 85-90% with the top cola about 14 inches from the light (measured at 75,000 lux). Lots of air flow, trying to keep the humidity between 30-45% at all times. I run the humidifier during the day to augment the lights but it goes off at night before the lights go out.
If you have any questions or want to know more about this grow or the next, let me know. Oh, I’m starting autoflowers, these were feminized. Happy growing 🙏🏻🌱
Colas are still fattening up, leaves are starting to change color, the plant on the left has always been much lighter anyways but now she is almost all light green/yellow in shade. The shorter plant has much stalkier buds and she’s showing much more color, both beautiful plants though regardless.
This weekend I gave them some compost tea (1700ppm), will be going to plain waterings for a bit and then measuring run-off. At least another week or 2 before either are ready to harvest, trichomes are clear, and lots of white pistils still growing in. Will update next week, happy growing 🙏🏻🌱
Really good stuff, smells amazing, gave away some to friends and everyone has been blown away by how good it smells and how stoney it is. Great stuff will be getting some more of these seeds for sure!
I have become a much better grower over the past year, thank you to everyone who has helped and whose diaries I’ve gained knowledge. Loved this plant, would only change that I didn’t keep any of their clones.
