Northern_Ent Sep 6: there are two main phenos showing. One is a slow flowering sativa and the second is a fast flowering hybrid that has put on weight quite quickly.
Northern_Ent Sep 19: took most of the indica pheno. We’ve had some rain lately that seems to have cost some trichomes. Letting it go this year but next year I’ll have more active measures to protect ripening flowers from rain.
Sep 21: lots of plants have turned purple with the cooler overnight temps but not these “Purple” Mazar.

Northern_Ent Sep 24: the sativa phenos are coming along and might finish in time. Lots of plants have turned purple but still not these Purple Mazar.

Northern_Ent Oct 3: these were started a bit late but seem to be putting on weight.
Oct 6: watered with warmed water (25 C) in morning to compensate for cold air temp.
Oct 7: hit -5 C overnight on Oct 6 and kept plants in shed at about +15 C overnight to morning of Oct 8. Despite cold overnight it’s still sunny during day so squeezing a few more sunlight hours in before the end. These sativa phenos are taking longer and aren’t quite done but are getting close.

Northern_Ent Oct 11: cold overnight lately so the season is done. Had these in shed overnight last couple nights but took them all down this evening. The three sativa phenos were 3-4 weeks slower than the indica phenos are didn’t quite finished.
These are the last three plants from the 2021 commercial grow, and they are going for hash.
Glad to see everything harvested but I’m sorry the first big season is already over.
Plants were started a bit late (mid-June) but did okay. Two Indica pheno plants were quicker than the three sativa phenos, as expected.

Northern_Ent The three sativa phenos didn’t quite finish in time, but these still produced about 50 g each of dried buds. The indica phenos were about the same size.
None of these turned purple, despite the cold nights, so the name Purple Mazar seems like a bit of a misnomer.
Good luck with your grow I hope you get the best taste of buds and healthy plants! Take care and stay lit! Please say hello if you visit my page!
Greetings from legendaryseedthumb 😁🥦
Looking good! I has some of these come up in my garden as volunteers (probably from composting some of the seeds that looked too immature to grow from last years harvest) 😂. Quite some genetic diversity... couple of extremely early flowering and a couple that preflowers are just showing on 3ft plants...
