Peyote Cacti & Bolivian Torch Cacti

- June 29 - Wow! Okay so I'm impressed. They're not only germinated, they're twice to 3 times the size of the seeds I put in. Perfect temps seem to be: 25+ during day 20~ during night Celsius. Humidity needs to be: 80% + So since day 7 is today, I will be leaving the cacti alone for at least another week. I don't think I will open the saranwrap tops and expose the cacti to different air. So far so good on mold front, don't want to add in more spores. Probably wait till day 21 before I attempt to do anything further. When I open the saranwrap top I'll take tons of photos. Having the cacti saranwrap pots inside a germination chamber works well in my opinion. Helps keep ambient temps up as wind or air movement doesn't effect anything inside chamber. - July 7 - Update . Hard to see inside with saran wrap, but I dont see mold at all. I see rapid growth in the cacti on both Peyote and bolivian torch. And bolivian torch has great germination rate so far. I have no desire to fuck this up, so I'm going to just continue to be patient. I'll go back and check once in awhile for mold, but unless I see it. I will not remove saranwrap for awhile. I'll figure out a way to take photos with saran wrap on the top.
