She germinated and stands in full beauty! Bobby really made me happy since she is my very first own Canna that I've planted. I hope she grows tall and strong!
From Germination to first growth, everything went fine. Lil Bobby here lost a sister of the lemon kind on day 4. But right now, she's about 12cm tall and a little shaky... Yesterday she was standing more stable. We put her in a new pot today filled with dry Coco soil because the ground soil tgat Bobby was placed in was still very well watered.
Actually, I'm really keen to see her grow bigger. She got a new pair of leaves and finally starts to look like a small Cana. I'm just so proud.

Bobby hasn't grown much since last week, but she's definetly stabilising her stamp and developing beeaaaaaautiful leaves!
Has one full crown now. In the middle of her leaves, it's not as green as it should be. Something i should worry about?
Week three: since she grown from 18 to 22cm last week, I gave her a little (much) more space. She's now at a proud height of 25cm. Update: at the end of week three already 26cm.
Her crown has three pairs of leaves now and I'm pretty proud of her growth.
She hit week 4 yesterday. Today I took off one of the two frost leafs because it turned yellow. I mulched her yesterday for the first time.

Bobby has increased in height by about 15 cm. She smells nicely when you get closer to her and I'm extremely excited to see how well she'll bloom. I've started adding CALMAG to the water and nourishing her with it. Guys, thanks for all the support during the germination and early growing phase. I'm so satisfied withy first grow.
Bobby is healthily growing. She has a very nice odeur. Smells like lemon cheese cake. Her stem is strong and between her branches there's already small nodes.
