After attempting a grow in a small cabinet with side lighting i decided to just get a proper tent and light it from the top.
the larger plants in the tent are Paradise seeds Vertigo but won't be tracked.
Lights are at 80% intensity at 70 cm from the plants.
I'm currently only using ph'd water
Any comments or advice are very welcome as i'm still very inexperienced. especially about light intensity and distance from plants :)

On day 26 i accidentally snapped off the top with maybe 4 extra nodes by accident after i tripped while carrying the pot.
She seems to be doing fine but i'm sad to have lost so many potential branches but i hope this "topping" will still work out fine
she's looking very healthy and very leafy too
do you guys think it would be beneficial to defoliate her a little? i'm afraid of being too enthousiastic and removing too many leaves
She seems to have quite a few leaves covering up bud sites but I'm afraid of removing too much
Any thoughts?

I wouldn't remove any leaves, your plant needs every healthy green leaf she has to be able to produce the energy she needs to grow her biggest and best flowers.
Less leaves = less energy production potential = less growth.
Those "bud sites" that you think are covered, are relying on those very leaves to make the energy she needs to be able to grow those "bud sites".
Within a few days those buds will grow out from under those leaves anyhow, making the removal of the leaves needless.
With future grows, don't be afraid of tying the branches even further down, getting them quite horizontal even, this will help with light penetration and can lead to an improved yield.

Trichones are getting milky but the buds still seem a bit skinny. i hope they'll fatten up enough before harvest.
apart from that i still notice some brown spots on the leaves. Runoff pH is normal so i've upped her CalMag a little
