Break it up with a fork and remove it, then add some more soil to replace the soil you removed.
If you are getting mould, which isn't good, it means you are watering too often and the soil is staying too wet for too long.
Try to only water once the top 2-3cm have dried out from the previous watering, this will prevent the mould from returning.
Mycelium is what mushrooms and toadstools grow from and is not beneficial for your cannabis plant.
Mycorrhizae are soil fungus that are almost invisible, but these are highly beneficial for your plant, all plants in fact, and I think another commentator has these two types of fungus/mould mixed up.

Está crescendo muito mais do que eu esperava, super saudável e quase com um metro de altura. Nunca tive uma auto que chegou a essa altura. No dia 43 ela estava 60 cm e apenas 3 dias depois, no dia 46 já estava medindo 65 cm. Coloquei uma foto do dia 47 pra vocês observarem o aumento em apenas um dia.
Entrou na nona semana muito bem. O cheiro está super forte e presente!! Está chegando ao final da semana e hoje os tricomas estão maiores e brilhantes. O cheiro dela tem atraído umas moscas, porém a plantinha está bem protegida e as moscas não prejudicam ela. Chegamos aí final da semana e os buds deram uma engordada muito grande, está indo muito bem.
A décima semana chegou e ela está cada vez maior e mais forte, apesar de estar um pouco umida. Ao fim da semana dez, ela já estava com os buds caindo para o lado de tão pesados. No comecinho da 11° semana ela já estava completamente pronta.
Fiquei muito feliz com o resultado, apesar de tudo. Secaram super rápido. Pois está fazendo um calor de 40° esses dias. Não pesei no dia em que cortei, apenas quando já estavam secas.
