Duoponichronic Saved six seeds from a fire bag of what I am pretty sure was Sour Diesel flower.
Dropped them in a cup of water + hydrogen peroxide yesterday. Not even 24hrs later they had all sprouted, all with around 5 millimeters of tail. This has become my favorite sure fire way to germinate, soaking in water + hydrogen peroxide (just the normal 3% stuff from any store). The seedlings cant help but blow there lids with that oxygen enriched water it seems like. Dropped them last night. Checked on them this evening and were ready to be gently placed in soil.
Thought this would be fun to track, so I decided to do my first grow diary. Hopefully they turn out, and end up like the flame buds I found them in. ✊😎

Duoponichronic Five little ones are off to the races. One is a bit behind, and after a little inspection last week, I noticed the root sticking up; it was upside down. So I gently moved the soil and flipped it around. I think it'll pull through, but will see. Next, hopefully some are female. 🙏

Duoponichronic All are doing well except the one that was growing upside down. She doesn't look like she'll make it. Giving her one more week to show or will pull.

Duoponichronic Phase 1 complete. Phase 2 begin.
Bump up to home base, continue to hand water. Home base consists of two totes, one for water and aeration, the other for clay pebbles on bottom and soil to fill the rest. End of week I gave them light foliar feeding of Flora micro and grow.

Duoponichronic Thinking the two showing stress are either over watered or not taking well to their first dose of nutes or too hot, or mix of all of the above. I pulled home base out of 2nd tote, so more air can get to the substrate and roots, hopefully drying things out a bit. Was very hot and humid last week also, so added more fans / circulation. The other three look good so even if the other two don't survive, I'll still have something to work with.

Duoponichronic Pulled the two that were stunted. Transplanted the other one outdoors, as it was not as big as these two, but not as bad as the other two I pulled. So figured I'd let nature take care of that one and I'll take care of these two, and everyone wins in the battle for growing space. The two that remain in the tote are growing at a nice rate. The OGK in the duoponic scrog pod is almost ready for harvest, and then these two will move in and get their roots into some of that oxygen rich water.

Duoponichronic One was getting leggy so moved the tote into the pod so should be good now in that aspect (under two 1000w LED now). Will top both next week. Thinking about cloning the toppers, will see. Wish I knew if these were going to be female sooner.

Duoponichronic I didn't tend to them at all last week, was out of town. They seem to be fine though. Refreshed the water and nutrients yesterday. Will start LST & SCROG soon.

Duoponichronic Was time to defoliate and LST. Put the net up also. Both are topped now. They smelled very nice while defoliating. Stepping up the nutrients this week since it was a heavy defoliation.

Duoponichronic They seemed to love the defoliation and boost of nutes last week, looking lovely this week. So a nice low maintenance week this week. Just some LST and fresh water and nutes. Grow baby grow.

Duoponichronic Looking good. Another defoliation yesterday. Needed to get those suckers out and get those main tips realigned on the net. Getting closer to the proper canopy. Getting closer to 12/12. 🤘

Duoponichronic Just giving them fresh water this week, a pre flower flush I suppose. More defoliation, and trying my luck making clones out of the cuttings. Obviously the pod has reached capacity with all the recent growth. I'm going to move to a slightly bigger tent next week, veg one more week, and then switch to 12/12 after that. Keeping the clone troopers under 18/6.

Duoponichronic Moved them to a 36"x36"x72" AC infinity tent. Put up a scrog net and spread them across to even the canopy. Have now switched to 12/12 light schedule. Gave them fresh water and nutrients, with a little extra boost of phosphate. Have a number of cuttings propagating in the pod now. Also, brought one lady inside for recovery. I put her outside many weeks back. The wild life kept her extremely topped and defoliated but she just started to flower; so she seems to be a warrior. Brought her in to the pod to begin revegetation and grow out for next round.

Duoponichronic Another and perhaps the last heavy defoliation and training. Focus the energy to those tips, trained across the net. Spreading out nicely. Smell is amazing when defoliating. Now to let them grow some fat buds and just keep up water and nutes.

Duoponichronic A little more defoliation and training. These ladies are heavy feeders. Think I might get some bloom enhancer to include in their weekly cocktail. They look happy. Just want those bud sites to explode!
Hardy plant, heavy feeder. My problem was starting late and flowering when temps started dropping well below freezing outside. I overcorrected and sealed up the tent for fear of freezing, but ended up roasting the top buds and had to snip them off, so not the best yield. But the quality of the rest was amazing. Best medicine I've grown and my favorite strain, most therapeutic to me. I harvested a taste test amount a week ago, let it dry for one week with cool temps and fan circulation. Taste test this week, it's beautiful. Citrus. Diesel. Euphoric. Motivated. Creative. Inspiring. The rest is drying and will cure for few and will be even bey, looking forward to it.

Duoponichronic I'm wintering over one beautiful clone, and one tough girl who is a reveg, she was flowering outside, but had to be saved from outdoor circumstances (wildlife kept her short, eaten down, and topped but she was a fighter worth saving). So the saga will continue as I hope to preserve and continue to flower these amazing genetics into the future... Will post v2 diary soon.
