Master Kush - Bag Seed

6/16/2021 - threw this bag seed in the dirt. Figured I liked the smoke of it and I'd give it a go despite the odds of it being garbage. 6/18/2021 - seems to have stopped growing entirely. don't have any pics as I wasn't really optimistic about it. 6/24/2021 - there's these little white tips on the first set of leaves. Look like roots started to grow and then it changed it's mind. Maybe that's why there wasn't a whole lot of growth. Seems to be picking up now. Added super diluted nutrient water just to help it along some. 6/30/2021 - Okay, so its growing! I guess ill just leave it until its not worth my time. Moved it out into the sun today.

7/10/2021 - Day 25 - just letting it do it’s thing. I have the room for it and nothing better to try so why not. Looking healthy aside from me burning it early on. 7/12/2021 - Day 27 - getting big. This is the first plant I'm just letting go naturally. I always end up LST and havent really been able to get a firm understanding on how it grows naturally. Figure bag seeds the way to go on that vs. using good genetics. That 4 set of leaves up top looks like it may be branching to 2 separate tops naturally but time will tell.

7/16/2021 - Day 37 - Lots of big growth. Leaves looking healthy. Been giving the same nutes as my other girls just to keep it simple, just less of them. 7/17/2021 - Day 38 - just realized this plant is a conjoined twin. The main stalk gets thicker and thicker until it inevitably splits into 2 tops. Very excited about this. Started LST today. Was gonna let it grow naturally but I’ll probably have to bring it into a tent down the road as i started it late in the season.

7/23/2021 - Day 38 - it finally split at the neck. I think it’ll be okay. The LST caused it to tear a little so I took it off. Hopefully it just bounces back otherwise I’ll try to clone the part that comes off and just hope it’s female. 7/26/2021 - Day 40 - the stem cracked more. I put some LST tie around it to hold together and it seems to be doing just fine. Both tops are growing and forming and all the lowers are getting bigger now.

7/30/2021 - Day 45 - lots of defoliation. These leaves are getting huge and covering everything else up so they had to go. Plus really loving the photoperiods having time to recover. Saw 1 thrip the other day and haven’t seen any since.

8/19/2021 - Day 65 - It’s a girl! A see pistols coming and am very excited about it! Got a 5x5 on the way and will be bringing her inside to flower out. 8/22/2021 - Day 68 - officially flipped to flower. Brought her into my new 5x5 with my other grow. Finally gave a nice space to work indoors and I’m loving it, and so is she! Bounced right back from artificial lighting, and it looks like all she wants is more room! Luckily she’ll have it when it’s time. 8/24/2032 - Day 71 - looking good. Enjoying the great indoors.

8/26/2021 - Day 73 - looking happy! Finally got LST under control with some weirdly lanky branches. nice even canopy now. took off a ton of leaves to open the bud sites up. My last 2 grows had really larfy stuff not far down which tells me she needs more light. This grow has more light, but I may lollipop a little further up this grow-round.

9/1/2021 - Day 79 - been fighting off what feels like 2 thrips for a week. I'm manually rubbing diluted neem oil on the affected leaves as to not get it on the buds, even though they aren't formed much yet. They seem to be under control now. May have been the last of the hidden eggs or whatever. Been defoliating a lot. Also, got an SF-4000 for her to finish out with. Very excited to now have a veg and flower tent powered by Spiderfarmer. 9/4/2021 - Day 82 - the thrips are here and there but never truly gone. Also these brown patches are showing up. Not sure what the deal is with that. She’s been a little droopy. It’d been a few days since watering so I thought I was under watering however even after watering today she was droopy. I raised the light a few inches because she’s stretching a lot and that seems to help. We’ll see. Every time a plant matures I get all sorts of weird shit going on 😝

9/9/2021 - Day 87 - Did a major defoliation to get rid of all the thrips. Just found one this morning squished it with my hand. Aside from that she was looking really droopy but I think that’s literally because I’ve been neglecting her. gave her a nice feeding yesterday and now all is fine. I guess I’ve finally crossed from over- to under- watering! Or maybe it’s just right! In any event these buds are starting to look good

9/17/2021 - Day 94 - looks like she’s starting to fade. Some purple coming in. Looking frosty. I figure another 2-3 weeks.

9/22/2021 - Day 99 - it’ll stop any day now Any day now... Any day now! No but really she’s coming close. All that bug defoliation definitely hurt some but sites but looks good overall. I’m just ready to get this photo out of here so I can start some autos. 9/26/2021 - Day 103 - watching the trichs

10/1/2021 - Dry Day 4 - uploaded some trichomee pics from calyxes at lower sites on the plant. Glad i harvested when i did. been drying for 4 days. doing a dry trim this time. Only took off the larger fan leaves and any parts of sugar leaves that didn't contain any sugar. It certainly slows the dry time down a bunch. My last harvest i wet trimmed and it was smokeable by day 5. This is nowhere close. There were some areas that looked almost brown, but it looks like I can just see the amber of some of the trichs. Hope its not rot. can't wait to enjoy this, smells great. carries that same peppery/earthy/citrusy smell.
