~ FASTBUDS CHEMDAWG AUTOFLOWER~ 'The history of the Chemdawg strain starts in the early 90s where a group of cannabis breeders from Colorado were following a band on tour and took some of their weed with them, they had named this weed “chem bud” due to the unique chemical and diesel flavors. When they got to one of the shows, they sold a couple of grams to a group of friends who quickly realized those were some special buds and, lucky for them, the buds had a couple of Chemdawg seeds (before they actually knew what they were) which they stored. When one of the friends, who was also a cannabis grower, went back to his home on the East Coast, he germinated some of the seeds and started selecting the best phenotypes to continue developing those genetics even further. As you may know by now, his effort paid off, and soon enough there were two versions of this strain going around, one was Indica-dominant and the other was a Sativa-leaning hybrid. Here we go into the second week since the FastBuds Chemdawg broke ground! She's @ 2" tall, healthy and starting to take off now! 😁 I'm continuing with my daily routine of checking her medium to make sure that it never dries out completely, but stays just moist enough to allow the microbial life to continue to flourish. When I do water her, she receives straight water that is ph'd between 6.0-6.3 @ 74℉ with a 0.2 EC. 7/13- There's no stopping her now... this girl's ready to get it on! My daily routine continues of checking her medium to make sure that it never dries out completely, but stays just moist enough to allow the microbial life to continue to flourish. When I do water her, she receives straight water that is ph'd between 6.0-6.3 @ 74℉ with a 0.2 EC. I turned on the timer for the light and set it to 19/5. The UnitFarm UFS3000 is still hung at max height (30" above canopy) and tent temp's during the light cycle are stable @ 81℉ with a 55% RH. 7/15- She's doing great and I am going to begin a weekly foliar feeding at lights off today. Her growth rate is picking up now, growing 1 1/2" in two days! My daily routine continues with checking her medium to make sure that it never dries out completely, but stays just moist enough to allow the microbial life to continue to flourish. When I do water her, she receives straight water that is ph'd between 6.0-6.3 @ 74℉ with a 0.2 EC. 7/18- The daily routine continues of watering her with de-chlorinated straight water ph'd to 6.2-6.5 @ 74℉.
