Bzilla331 Soaked 2/5 seeds for 14 hours before moving to the paper towel method. Struggled to keep the paper towel constantly moist but got 2 tap roots to appear after 3 days. Planted in soil on the 5th day but one of the seeds may have dried out too much. Using FFOF potting soil and bottled spring water. I have the 2 cups sitting on a Vivosun heat mat and under incandescent light until my grow tent is ready.

Bzilla331 Saw the first sign of seedling growth with 1/2 seeds. Figured the second dried up too much before planting in soil. Finally got the 4x4 grow tent assembled but was short on ducting to complete the exhaust. Tent assembly and configuration was harder than expected. All components with cooled HPS inline air flow don't fit in 4x4 spacing so we had to create extra kink in the ducting to accommodate the carbon filter and inline fan. Airflow direct across light to remove stale heat from tent. Humidifer running and 2 fans to help maintain environmental controls. Expect next 2 weeks to be steady and consistent finally after 2 weeks of randomly providing for this plant.

Hey neighbor! Fellow virginian here, first time grower. Looks like an awesome setup you've got there. I dont have much firsthand experience with HIDs, but wont that one be a bit strong for seedlings? Good luck with the rest of your grow! 👍
