Main issue now is to control the height so as to not grow over the fence. I continue to use HST to accomplish this. Now, as for the mite-infested Green Crack, I think I have it beat although I still see a few mites when using my loupe. But population reduced by 90% after two spinosad+ spreader sticker treatments. I am hoping that I can rely on cooler temperatures and very heavy rainfall to control them. Nature controls them with diseases when temps fall and rainfall is more regular. I think they spread to the poor Green Crack from the neglected grapevine behind it.
