Sweet Growing

KertVegas I can see 2nd node development this week. Everything apart from temperature is dialed in relatively perfectly. I am experimenting with the 70W LED atm, trying to find the perfect distance. This is an extremely minimalist grow, where I am trying to get the best out of my plants in the environment that I got. I am not expecting much from this grow and I REALLY hope I don't stunt the plant, otherwise my yields will suck ass.

KertVegas No sign of problems this week, both plants look nice, green and healthy. The stem started purple-ing a bit from the fan being too close and stressing it so I moved it further. The purple stem disappeared after a few days.

KertVegas • Week 3 - Day 17 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ This week I topped the plants (On the 15th) and after two days, they seem to be recovering well. ‣ SweetZZ is showing signs of deficiencies (I think since I don't give them a lot of BioBizz FishMix.) apparent through the yellowing of the larger and older fan leaves. I will keep an eye on it. The more robust and happy Cookies & Cream is doing really well considering I repotted and topped it within 3 days. ‣ They are going to be getting their first rounds of LST next week.

KertVegas • Week 4 - Day 25 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ This week I starting giving the plants all 3 BioBizz nutrients at 1/2 the recommended dose.. ‣ SweetZZ is showing signs of deficiencies again, only on the bottom 2 larger fan leaves. The other leaves look nice and dark green. This plant is considerably smaller and weaker than the Cream Cookies. The Cookies plant had a couple of white flies chewing on its leaves (as seen in 1 photo). I managed to find, kill, eliminate and nuke those fuckers into oblivion and into the nether realm, hoping they don't return to this reality. ‣ They both handled LST, topping and main lining relatively well. Cream Cookies responded amazingly well but SweetZZ seems to be have been stunted either from the transplant or the topping. It started heavily flowering while Cream Cookies is still vegging. Really liking the Cream Cookies strain from FastBuds so far. Extremely strong genetics.

KertVegas 🕙 Week 5 - Day 32 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ This week the plants really started flowering. Little to no smell still. Trichomes started to produce on the fan leaves of the SweetZZ. ‣ Bottom leaves on both plants were showing signs of deficiencies so I increased the nutrients for this week and the yellowing stopped. ‣ Cream Cookies is still growing really vigorously and both are handling the high sub 30 temps really well. Minor heat stress every other and slight tacoing on top leaves.

KertVegas 🕙 Week 6 - Day 39 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ Buds are developing nicely this week. ‣ I increased the nutrients to the recommended amount as they are really hungry for nitrogen. I might even increase it to 4ml/l as they are not showing any signs of nute burns. ‣ I observed minor heat stress on both plants this week for a few days, as temps hit ℃ 37-39.

KertVegas 🕙 Week 6 - Day 48 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ Buds are starting to smell increibely sweet. Cream Cookies smells like double cream oreos no shit. SweetZZ smells like yellow lime/lemon skittlez. ‣ I am following the recommended nutrient schedule from BioBizz. No problems so far. ‣ Temps are still on the higher end but they are learning to cope with it. Squashed a few white fly fuckerz but apart from that, all good this week. Happy plant Happy grower.

KertVegas 🕙 Week 9 - Day 58 Update ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ‣ Not much happened on week 8, just fed normal nutes as usual. ‣ SweetZZ is getting chopped at the end of this week or next week. I started flushing it on day 53. 75% of trichomes are cloudy, 15% amber and around 5% or less clear. White pistils keep popping up but the trichomes seem ready. ‣ Cream Cookies is going strong, buds started fattening a bit in the last 2 weekz. I am rly concerned about powdery mildew and mould as temps and humidity are high. Can't do sht about it so whatever happens happens. If I do spot mould, imma chop the whole thing and discard anything mouldy. ez.

KertVegas Was an amazing experience to grow these two strains. I used absolutely minimal conditions to grow them and the yield was an impressive 47g (from both plants). FastBuds' Cream Cookies genetics were outstanding. It handled stress really well and only hermed a couple of calyxes. Smells & smokes wonderfully.
