7/24 update: started tying down the ladies this week and also gave them their first bit of compost tea (applied foliar and soil drench), in addition to a foliar feed and soil drench of a diluted coconut water, aloe and silica mix, and then a third soil drench consisting of the bennies, Azos, recharge, fish shit and Mammoth P. This run I will be watering more frequently as I believe I've been borderline underwatering or at least not watering in the most effective or efficient manner. This week they have been getting a quart of water 3 times per week (in addition to the 2 foliar feeds that I haven't been measuring very well) and I haven't seen any signs of overwatering and ladies seem to be thriving. A couple preflower pistols showed up on both ladies a couple days back and I'm hoping I can get a bit more of some good veg growth before switching over to flower. Current plan is to keep up with the foliar feeds and this regimen till preflower really gets going and to keep tying them down. So far, so good!
