The smaller plant is only behind by a day, which is how long it took to shed the seed shell in the beginning, but it’s crazy to see the size difference!
Day 13 of dry seed being sown to soil. That’s how I count my grow. So these girls are doing alright by me :)

Looks like your plant has a calmag deficiency. I would wait for pistols to become golden/brown before you harvest.
yellow leaves would be a natural indicator but in this case the buds don't look ready at all 🙂🌱 good luck!
