Had to sink another Bruce Banner seed as the previous one was a dud. Second seed is in germination now, and has started to grow below the soil

So my grow light has popped its clogs, but I am currently unemployed and broke, and the flat that I live in does not have enough sun to move the plants to that source.
Anybody got a really low-budget solution or idea? I can construct if need be. Wanting at least 200w
Yeah! Go on Instagram and ask all the light manufacturers for a light sponsor! I have more free lights (not great, but they work) than I know what to do with! Often all they want is a five star review on Amazon!
Changes again, this time it is what it is. Whatever comes out, in the end, is better than nothing. So I constructed a light board and have attached 120watts of CFL bulbs to this board so that it can surround the plants at a close distance. There is still more 2700k spectrum to it than 6500k, but it was either full 2700k or this. I have also added a fan and humidifier I got from a friend. I call it the moonball. So for +- 4 hours a day the plants will be in direct sun, then after they will go back into the moonball for the remaining 14 hours. Then for the very first time, and a new concept to me, I have started doing L.S.T. Excited about this, as I have seen many plants done in this technique and it always did make me curious as to how it is done. Now I will get to see it for my very own eyes and my own plants :) Hopefully, I am doing it, right? suggestions are welcomed, I am learning still. #justnotgivingup
Just going to pop this into the universe, but if anyone is willing to sponsor a grow light to someone in South Africa, please dm me. Really want to keep my grow alive. And would really appreciate it. Only need 200watts at least.

Honestly your best bet is to reach out to a few manufacturers that you know are willing to ship to you. Try email, Facebook, Instagram- whatever you use. Im doubtful any of them will see this here. Getting told ‘no’ is the worst that could come from it.

The second week of attempting my first LST Indoor Grow. Even though I have had lighting issues and growth stunted, it has picked up, have had to trim and adjust wires already since the first week of lst training. Its been the first significant sign of growth rate shown since the start of the initial grow.
Lst seems to be going well so far, for a first attempt, I think? Have noticed a more rapid pace in leave growth, have done two trims in the last 5 days, to keep space open for colas to be exposed to light at all times. And this required quite a fair amount of leaves to be removed for such small plants. Considering moving over to flowering in the next two days, but also wonder if I shouldn't leave it to veg for another extra week?
Things seem to be growing ok over here, they growing is all that matters right now. I've been away this week, have someone taking over their care. Sending me picture updates, and assisting them via video call to do the LST
I'm suspecting some over watering happening here, so have asked their carer to take a break between watering and see if they cheer up a bit, as long as they don't go dry. They will hopefully be getting a hair cut this week too.
Budding has begun to happen all over, buds are also starting to fatten up, still not sure what to expect. Decided to keep it organic and get some biobizz Bloom and started to feed the girls this, with a dash of Atami Bloombastic as a vitamin shot
@Bluebeast007, I would like to see that. Next to regulars and auto's, we have the Bruce Banner overnights. Sow today, harvest tomorrow... get on that breeders. ADD Seed Company for the impatient growers. Im allowed to make that joke, I got a pass.
@JamMAKEcan, sorry I only saw this now, yeah that's what I am thinking of doing with the CFLs, even getting the 85watt here is a challenge. we don't have many options. The rest of the world especially the U.S are way ahead when it comes to these things. Thinking just use them to reach 200 to 250 watts of light, 6500k spectrum, and hope for the best?
@Bluebeast007,..remember white light has full spectrum of light.. Just get a powerfull one i.e. 300 watt 150 watt 250 watt like that.. Or a couple of 75watt.. I've done it before.. Its not the best but it works. Commercial people still use white bulb
@Bluebeast007,...well old school style get a 300 watt light bulb regular 1 for ur home.. An hang it around 20inches.. Watch for light burn an adjust...that will have enough to grow in.. Also home Depot sells a led full spectrum light bulb.. $40. That has to be like 14 inches to plant.. And use foil paper to enhance the heat and help with light . uniform the spread of the light...hope that helps
