Do you have light height recommendations for seedling, vegetative and flowering stages for this ES300 light?
I just bought this light 2 weeks ago and was questioning how far to keep my plants from the light. I'm switching from a Mars Hydro TSL-2000 (300 watts)
I'd love to hear your thoughts bc you're clearly much more experienced growing than I am. Lol
