No evidence of hermaphroditism in the pictures you posted that I can see, only older female calyxes - primordia/pre-flowers.
Seeds produce by hermaphrodites will all be hermaphrodites, due to the hermie genetic being dominant, and the seeds will definitely not be 50% feminised.
If you are keen, in week 7 of my diary "cannabis conundrums", I have posted pictures of hermaphrodite flowers as well as many other interesting and weird things cannabis is capable of doing. These pictures may help you understand what is going on with your plant.
A seeded hermie or female plant will virtually stop producing trichomes and be an inferior smoke, as the function of the trichomes, which contain THC, is to protect the unpollinated embryonic seed from over heating (through light refraction). Once pollinated there is no need to protect anything, therefore trichome (and THC) production practically ceases.
