Plants seem to be thriving! I've started feeding with the GH Flora Trio in addition to FloraBlend and Armor Si. They've also been undergoing low stress training and were recently topped. Good growing!

I've neglected to document most of the vegetative stage, but flowering has finally started! As such, I'll try to be more consistent from here on out. A lot of the lower leaves have been yellowing and falling off the past week. I'm not sure if it's the plant's genetics or I'm doing something wrong. My other strain isn't having this issue. You may also notice one plant appears to have an extra thick branch with double the foliage (looks like two stems merged into one). Someone told me it's a mutation called fasciation. In any case, we'll see what happens as flowering progresses!

Added Cal-Mag to see if that would help with the yellowing of leaves, but the issue persists. Yellow leaves are moving progressively higher up the plant, but I'm not sure I'm doing anything to cause it. My other strain is not presenting this problem and I'm treating it just the same. Everything else seems to be going well and buds are developing nicely! One plant is further along the flowering process because I had it in a shadier spot -- you may notice buds are more developed in some pictures.

I'm concerned my plant may be prematurely yellowing. I've added Cal-Mag to see if that would help with the yellowing of leaves, but the issue persists. Yellow leaves are moving progressively higher up the plant, but my other strain is not presenting same problem. (See Post)

Some strains like a little more nitrogen in flower than others. Adding a little cal/mg which is high in nitrogen should of helped some, but after 4 or 5 weeks of flowering it is normal for her to start pulling her nitrogen needs from the leaves. By the end of my grows I have leaves the drop off with a touch of the finger. Unless all the sugar leaves start doing the same thing, I wouldn't worry to much. Cheers

Leaves are still yellowing at an accelerating pace. Many have shriveled to a brown crisp. I've adjusted nutes to no avail and have pretty much given up on finding a solution (if it needs one). As far as I can see, buds are still developing and I suppose that's all that matters.

This strain is certainly giving me its fair share of problems. First, it was the yellowing of leaves. Now, I'm noticing early signs of bud rot. Just a few colas are affected right now and I'm hoping it doesn't become too widespread. I've cut off affected areas and I'm hoping for the best. On the bright side, one of the plants isn't presenting with any of these problems. In fact, the buds on this plant in particular are looking quite beautiful and have just started showing off its purple tint. Being a first time grower, I expected I may run into problems. That's why I decided to hedge my bet and plant four seeds instead of just one. I suppose that insurance policy is paying off.
