Just the beginning. H2O for next 4 to 5 weeks. New soil mix added 1 cuft of mushroom compost and one small bag of perlite along with 2 parts natural organics soil and 1 part ocean breeze. This grow I am going to see how long I can go with out having to add nutes. Time will tell.

Start of week 2 Same routine....Check and water. They look good and are liking the t5 4 bulb. AK is going to need a little training before long. No nutes are being used during veg. Figure my soil should provide enough nitrogen and other minerals for most of the grow. Atleast that is what i am hoping for. Well 14 days in and the Wonder Woman is struggling but the AK48 Auto is doing good even after topping it. Moved it over to the tent 20/4 for now. Dropped 2 more WW, Candy Cream and Early Skunk. Just in case!

AK48 got transplanted today and will moving to its permanent home tonight, Topping it went well time to start some gentle training, My Wonder Woman still looks funky. But I also popped 2 more for back up. Hoping to move these plant to the tent within the next 2 weeks.... :)

Trained and topped at this stage. Just short of week 5 veg. Already showing pistles so it looks like we are going into pre bloom. The Wonder Woman did not survive the trip. It was burned by to much mushroom compost in my soil mix. Live and learn! So I decided to take a different approach. I am running aeroponics now except on my auto flowers. So the Wonder Woman has been re-popped now I have 2 healthy ones in my aeroponics setup. So easy to build.

Well its been a long hot summer and i got very busy. So i'm back updating everything. My AK48 is getting very close to harvest. Light aroma very dense buds. It short and stout and thick buds throughout! For a plant in a 3 gallon bag and only 15in she's a bruit. I stunted her by accident with hot soil at young stage. newbie is my name...

It was an easy grow, harvest was small due to plant only being 9in tall over all. The buds were mature but light and airy. Not sure if stunting the plant caused the buds to not dense up. I have plenty of light which shouldn't be an issue. I'm going to try bud candy or some other bud supplement to help in the process. Overall score of a B- for stunting. Smokes good just needs to cure now.

I started with 3 Wonder Woman's in my grow. One died trying to sprout out of the soil. One grew very tall and fast, but was male. The final one (female) still looks short and stunted to me. Its my first time growing Wonder Woman, maybe they are just finicky growers?

@Legoman, I had originally popped 2 one stayed tiny for about a week the other was growing deformed. Also i had some heat issue from the lights being to close to the seedlings. One og WW snapped out of it and finally threw its 3rd set of leaves. the other one still looks deformed but i'm going to keep it around a little longer. They seem tough to pop...I bet they are worth it thow.

@Legoman I ended up popping one more to add to my areoponics. The one that snapped out of it I gave to a friend to grow. I put another one down to germinate to replace the deformed one. Its not taking to the water at all. He will pull some clones if he likes what he sees. They don't like a lot of nitrogen, my soil mix proved that. I had to add 2cu/ft of organic soil to break up the mix so it would not burn my babies.

@Legoman, the aeroponics system was an easy inexpensive build. Now just to learn how to use it properly... I keep a couple of soil pots going in case of disaster on the aeropnics. I have 2 AK48 auto's going along side in soil. One is on its week 5 and still haven't had to feed due to the soil mix. Learned that mushroom compost is high in nitrogen, the hard way of course.

@Newbie_Grower, I started mine in a started cube, then moved to a cup filled with seedling starter mix, and then only after 3 weeks or so moved them to the 5 gallon FFOF containers. Finally, I didn't start feeding them until week 5, and only once every 3 waterings. I was very slow with introducing them to hotter and hotter soil mixes. Good to know about the areoponics as I have a few seeds left and was thinking about setting a system up.
