So I started this Cali snow auto outside and she seems to be doing well. Just have some granular fox farm all purpose. The weather has been super hot, cold at night, and humid as all get up. She seems to be weathering it. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
She’s getting nice and plumpy. Just worried about bud rot at this time. Humidity is still high and the dew in the am is real. Did an ipm spray yesterday. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
And she is down for the count! A beautiful auto! Perfectly amber trichomes. Had to harvest because the caterpillars have been out! Lost a couple of bud sites. Otherwise, this was a fast and chunky auto with great smell, medium density, and little maintenance! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
So this was my first ever full term outdoor grow. I faced so many issues due to Mother Nature.
Temp swings were anywhere from 55 at night to 99 during the day. Temps were all over the place from one day to the next. Humidity was also very high for most of this plants life. It was well above 75% the vast majority of time. Also, near the end— caterpillar loopers/moths started to throw down on this lady. I lost about 8 bud sites due to caterpillar damage. Live and learn! Now I know all about dipel and BT! Had no idea my current ipm doesn’t work on moths! 🤔😳😢.
The bud thought is a touch on the airy side—-however it is incredibly sticky! Nice smells, flavors, and easy to grow! I know the outcome was 100% due to environment and not genetics!
Have one more to try! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
