Here we grow again😛..
Justin from Unit Farm is letting me test this light for a couple of
photoperiod grows. It pulls 200 watts from the wall, which is cutting my hydro bill in half😀.
The light is super light and super bright and the driver is outside of the tent(keeps the heat way down)👍
With the added U.V and I.R the plant should love this light. I've moved everything into the 3x3x6 foot
tent and started the first of two grows under the U.F.S 3000.
test grow #1..
light- U.F.S 3000(200 watts)..
tent-A.C infinity 3x3x6 foot..
Genetics-Canuk seeds,
Strawberry-Banana Elite Strain(indica)..
T.H.C- up to 32%😍😍WOW!!..
Were going to say, that today Aug 8th is day #1 and I'm pretty excited about this grow,
So were off to the races, Here we grow !!!
Not to much to report this week, the plant is nice and green
and loving life under the U.F.S 3000 from Unit farm.(200 watts)
Right now I have the light approx. 34'' away from the plant
and it's not stretching to much at all and the node spacing is staying real
close together.I transplanted this plant on Fri. into a little bit bigger container
and I'll do this one more time before it's final home in a 5 gal(20L) fabric pot.
Feed schedule has been, (seed and root is mixed at 1mL/L water)
Water,
0,
seed and root,
0,
water,
0,
seed and root.
I will amp up the seed and root to 2mL/L this week and maybe one more week before veg. nutes.
Thanks for stopping by👊, Hope all is well!!
Great week👍, This plant is staying super healthy, a really beautiful
dark green with small spacing between the branches. The plant is loving this new light
from Unit Farm, the U.F.S 3000(200watts),so far I've kept the light approx. 30'' or so away
from the top of the plant and I lowered it today to 27-28''after I transplanted
into a 5gal.(20L) fabric pot. This plant will look a little bit different next time you see
her, so stay tuned, and we'll see you in a week👊
It's been a great week, on the 23rd of
Aug. I mainlined this plant at the third node
and removed everything below that😵. The plant
took it in stride and never skipped a beat, it started
stretching to the light(Unit farm UFS 3000,200 watts)
almost right away. I was able to lower the light to approx.
24''(60cm) away from the plant and it seems to be loving
life. I intrduced some grow girls grow this week into the feed
schedule, so far so good👍.
Thanks for stopping by
Hey everybody👊How grows the battle?
Things have been growing great this past week,
the plant is healthy and is sure liking the new light,
Unit Farm U.F.S 3000 (200 watts).
I have it hanging at about 24''(60cm) from the top
of the plant. The plant is staying small and compact for
now, I topped both ends of the manifold yesterday and
it didn't seem to hurt the plant at all, maybe just slowed growth
for awhile, so everything is good👌
See you in a week👊
Hey everybody👊, another week goes by😏.
This plant is growing very nicely, it's staying
a nice shade of green and looking very healthy,
even though I've topped every branch including
the two mains last week. I did a little more training
and added a modified tom. cage for training assist.
I'll probably veg this plant for another two weeks or so
depending on how fast it starts to grow.
I'm liking this light from Unit Farm👍, low power( 200 watts), cost effective
and doesn't hurt the wallet so much, perfect light to veg. and flower a small space
because you can keep it close to your plants. I've been trying to keep the light at 24''(60cm)
above the canopy and the plant likes it there, I'll probably lower it in flower, we'll see..
So far so good👍,, See you in a week👊
Great week👍, lots of growth.
this plant is staying really healthy and a beautiful shade of green.
I've been keeping the feed schedule fairly simple, grow girls grow
twice a week mixed at 4mL/L with cal-mag mixed at 1mL/4L, and in the
middle of the week I give a molasses feeding mixed at 3mL/L with a sprinkle
of great white and the plant is just loving life👍.
I have the Unit Farm U.F.S. 3000(200 watts) about 22'' away from the plant
with very little stretch so far. The plant is staying compact with tight node
spacing, I gave her a big defoliation today and the plant seems fine, no worse for wear😵..
I think I'll be flipping next week Sun.. Can't wait for this one, so stay tuned..
Thanks for stopping by👊..
See you in a week!!!
Great week, Explosive growth💪.
I flipped this plant to flower yesterday
and gave it the first small dose of flower nutes,
1.5L water and 4mL bloom, 1mL humates and .25mL cal-mag.
This morning I gave it 1.5L banana peel tea, she should be
well on her way to start flowering in the next week or so.
U.F.S 3000 by Unit Farm, so far I'm liking this light, the plant
seems to be really happy, 0 light burn so far and I'm keeping the light about
20 inches(42cm) above the tops, Great light for a small space and only 200 watts👍..
Remember it's 420 somewhere😎..
Later!!!
Great week, great growth💪..
This plant just took off in the last few days(unbelievable!!!)
It's taking up the whole 3x3 foot tent, I'm keeping the light
(UNIT FARM UFS 3000) about 18-20 inches away from the canopy
and the plant is loving life, 0 light burn, 0 deficiencies and 0 nute burn
so far. The plant continues to stretch a bit every day, I'm trying to keep
a simple feed schedule and it seems to be paying off, happy so far😀..
water, water, food (5mL/L) bloom and cal-mag (1mL/4L),
water, molasses (2 mL/L) and great white (1mL/4L), water, food, repeat.
that's it, that's all.... Keeping it 100% organic👌..
Thanks for stopping by👊..
see you in a week
This plant is growing very fast, second week of flower and small buds are forming,
the stretch has slowed quite a bit, and she's starting to concentrate on flowering👍..
The plant seems to like the new light( UFS 3000), it's staying very healthy with 0 deficiencies
so far. This light fills the 3x3 tent pretty good and I have it about 20 inches(50cm) above the
plant. I'm still able to keep the tent at 23c right at the canopy. Super happy with the results
so far of this Unit Farm test grow #1.👌👌..
Thanks for stopping by 👊, see you in a week...
Unit farm test grow #1,with the UFS 3000👍👍..
I have the fan a little bit higher in the tent and
the wind is blowing on the light a little bit, and the light
is remaining warm to the touch not hot, and I'm still able
to keep the temp. at 23-24c right at the canopy.
The Strawberry Banana is growing very well, can't wait to try this one😑,
It just looks happy to be alive, I've only fed with bloom
and cal-mag from Dutch sciences and one top feed of gaia
green 2-8-4 since the start of flower and a little molasses
with a sprinkle of great white. Trying to keep it simple and organic
and this plant is healthy with 0 issuses so far..
Thanks for stopping by👊..
See you in a week!
Super easy week, this plant is just loving life, and is super healthy👍
I gave a 4 L drench with bloom and cal-mag yesterday, only a bit of
run-off came out the bottom, as I had let it dry out completely for a
couple days before.I have to say that this Unit Farm UFS 3000 light
that Justin( Big shout out👍👍) is letting me do a test with is very
impressive for a small light with fairly low power, I have it at 16''
above the canopy and the plant loves it, 0 burn and 0 deficiencies
so far, super happy👌
Easy week, still hanging around under the UFS 3000
and my Strawberry Banana just loves it, 16'' away and loving life👌...
Two feeds this week,Tues. and Fri., 3L each feed, bloom, 5mL/L and cal-mag, 1mL/4L,
plus a top feed of gaia green 2-8-4, 2-20mL scoops on Wed watered in with 1.5L water,
2mL molasses and .5mL Great white. Keeping it very simple, 0 boosters, 0 supplements,
Just some simple food and food for the beneficials, so far so good, I think this is my
best Photoperiod so far👌, Super happy. A few more weeks to go, so stay tuned👊..
Thanks for stopping by!!!
Still 16'' under the UFS 3000 from Unit Farm👍(200watts)...
This plant is loving life, everytime I look in the tent it just looks happy
to be alive,Keeping it simple and organic seems to be paying off😊..
The food schedule for this past week,
Mon. Nov. 1st-2.5L banana peel tea..
Tues Nov. 2nd-0..
Wed. Nov. 3rd-2L water, 4mL bloom..
Thurs. Nov. 4th-4L water,10 mL molasses,.5mL cal-mag and1mL Great White..
Fri. Nov. 5th-0..
Sat. Nov. 6th-3L water,14mL bloom and 1mL cal-mag..
Sun. Nov.7th-0...
I think I'll be feeding for a week or so yet before I start to flush this plant...
The buds are getting dense and really sticky, quite smelly, but not like a banana yet..
Super Happy!!!
Thanks for stopping by👊👊
Hey everybody, hope all is well👊..
It's been another great week for the Unit Farm test grow #1.
I'm really happy with the way this plant grew, between the light (UFS 3000)
and growing 100% organic, I didnt have any deficiencies or problems at all.
Most of the trichomes are cloudy and I can see some amber ones on the fan
leaves with just my crappy old phone. So I'll be starting the flush and for the
next two weeks, nothing but water every two or three days until it runs out
the bottom, here's last weeks feed schedule..
Mon. Nov. 8th- 3L water...
Tues. Nov. 9th- 0...
Wed. Nov. 10th- 2.5L water,6mL bloom and .5mL cal-mag...
Thurs. Nov. 11th- 0...
Fri. Nov. 12th- 3L banana peel tea...
Sat. Nov. 13th- 2.5L water...
Sun. Nov 14th- 1.5L banana peel tea and 1.5L plain water..
I'll have to make a run to the spring tomorrow to stock up on some water
because I'll flush with 8-10L of water every 2-3 days. The water comes out of the ground
around 4-5c(38-40f) so it needs a day or two just to warm up to 18-19c...
Thanks for stopping by👊, see you in a week!!
Hey everyone, hope all is well👊...
It's been a really easy week, I've just
been pouring the water through this
plant every other day. She's putting
on some girth💪 everyday and the buds
look almost white there's so much sugar😍😋...
Still keeping the light at approx. 15-16'' away
from the top of the plant. Super happy with
this light and the results of this grow, Can't wait for test #2..
A week or so left and this plant should be done,
Canuk seeds says 9-10 flowering weeks to harvest,
we're right there, just need a little fade and we'll be CHOPPIN'
See you in a week👊, thanks for stopping by
The two jars are dry sift hash that I made yesterday from all the bags
of leaf and shake that I've been saving in the freezer from the last few
grows, (10 plants) The little jar is the super fine powder that went through
the screen and into the pail, I used bubble hash screens without the ice or water,
worked really well with the dried/frozen leaf and shake.
Both jars smell very berrylike and floral and sure pack a punch😲😵😍
Amazing plant, grew like a Champ right from the start, I'm super Happy😋..
This plant is sssssssssssticky!!!! and the smell is something else, really dank
and strong smelling. I can't wait to try this one out😵. The pics are telling
me it's ready, all cloudy with quite a few amber trichomes, looks like couch lock to me😬😬..
The soil is almost dried out since the last flush(3 gal.plain water)12L, so I think I'll harvest
either late tonight or tomorrow, probably tomorrow😏..
Now, about this light, UFS 3000, I give this little light 10/10 for what it is and what it does..
You just hang it and forget it, it's only 200 watts so it can be fairly close to your plants without
burning them, it has some infared diodes and a tiny U.V diode and an overall spectrum that the plants
really seem to like,it's not a huge exspense and if you have a small space, my tent is 3x3'(90x90cm) this is a great choice for a light👍👍
Unit Farm Test #2 coming up shortly, so stay tuned...
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to stop by and check out my diaries, means alot👊👊
This was my best photoperiod plant yet😀, almost got the 1gram/watt, next time for sure😑..
Ended up with 630 grams😛 of wet, sticky, smelly Bud and a big bag of leaf and trim for dry sift hash.
This plant was one of the stickiest that I've grown so far, there was so much sugar, it looked like I sprayed it on😋.
I scraped 2 grams of hash off the scissors after 4 hours of my Wife and I trimming this plant.
Wet weight is 169 grams small buds..
231 grams med. sized buds...
230 grams larger buds...
Dry weight is 178 grams(6.3oz) of small to large size buds..
and 105 grams leaf and trim, dry, that went into the freezer to make dry sift hash,
Tried a little spliff this morning, nice buzz, nice taste and a smooth burn, but a little early yet.
I will know better after a couple week cure..
Big shout out to Justin at Unit Farm for letting me test one of their lights(UFS 3000).
I really liked this little light(200watts), it did a super job on my Strawberry Banana(fem).
Unit Farm test #2 coming up..
Thanks for stopping by👊👊...
@couplethatgrows420,Thanks alot👊...
I have one of these lights (UFS3000) in my 3x3 tent and the
coverage was great. I was able to keep the heat around 23-25c
without to much trouble, I think 2 of these lights in that small of
an area might be a bit overkill, you might have some trouble keeping the heat where you
want it. These lights do run a bit hot, but if you keep a fan blowing
on the lights it keeps the heat down a bit. Otherwise great light, gave me my biggest harvest so far,
and the plant was/is stupid sticky and the smell is unreal. It was my first run with this light and I
was really impressed, Started test grow #2 with a Cinderella 99,looking forward to this one..
Luck with your next experiment👊
@Secretflower,Some outstanding herb👌, can hardly wait for a full cure😵...
Super happy, first plant over six ounces😀, New benchmark, We'll see what Cindy can produce😏..
Later!!
@Mrs_Larimar,thank you very much👊👊..
Next one popped out of the soil yesterday, so today is day # 1.
Cinderella 99 (Fem) from Canuk seeds, HERE WE GROW AGAIN😍..
Grew this strain when I started growing two years ago, except it was an auto,
but it produced some really good Smoke, very enjoyable!!! I will be posting on Sun Nov. 5th..
Have yourself a great day, Hope all is well👊
@Taito,Thanks👊 This plant was/is stupid sticky, will need a few more days in the drying tent
as I harvested on Sun night, took my Wife and I over 4 hours to trim😵😵, but I think the herb is going to be TOP SHELF!!!
Later!!!
@@Goodleaf,Thanks very much👊...
I like to grow one big plant instead of 4-5 plants bunched
together. I can move the plant around and take it in and out
of the tent for trimming/training and feeding/watering and by lifting the plant
I can tell when to water just by the weight of the pot..
This plant is my best one so far(photoperiod), SUPER HAPPY!!!
Another week or so and it'll be time to harvest😍..
Have a great day!!!
@Taito,Thanks👊, I really like how this plant is growing,
It really seems to like this light from Unit Farm. I'm coming around
as well, wasn't to sure at first, but for a light that costs around $250.00
and only uses 200 watts it's doing it's job very well so far.
Later!!!
@Secretflower,Thanks👊
super excited about this run, although it's looking kinda lonely in the tent all by itself,
but it should grow into it in a few weeks.
@Rock_n_Roll_Randy,😵😵, 106 fires burning in the area,
9 more started on Mon. We are in a heat warning again, temps 30-35c
plus humidity😰 cooling by the start of next week with a bit of rain in the forecast👌
@Rock_n_Roll_Randy,The air has cleared, still a slight smell now and then,
but the air isn't blue anymore and breathing is a little easier.
We had some rain and cooler weather which helps but not enough,
were still under a fire ban and everthing is crunchy underfoot, so were hoping for more rain🙏.
Later!!!
