Pics are from seedling stage and include week 1 of veg.
I top fed them in the rdwc 3 times during the day period for 1 minute with an automated timer until the roots showed up and hit the water, at which point it was removed.
I was using tap water at this point which started from ~260 PPM and a PH of ~8.2. Was going through PH down like crazy.
Week 2 of veg.
Right plant started showing a bunch of issues. Eventually grew out of it but I suspect I wasn't feeding enough or didn't have my nutes right. I also had switched to RO water and wasn't putting in enough calmag.
Week 3! They aint dead yet!
Leaves aren't perfectly healthy but they are still growing strong.
I had bumped the PPM to 500 and lowered the nute strength based on some recommendations but it didn't seem to do much. After flushing some RO water through the system and changing res again with new nutes they seemed happier.
These ladies are really packing on the bulk now!
Doing my best to get them spread out under the scrog without really having done much training yet. Bumped up the nutes, which I ended up backing off of a little after getting some burn.
Flipped to week 1 of flower. It's a jungle in there!
Not quite sure what I'm doing with the scrogs but it seems to be mostly working. The top one should end up supporting the buds, hopefully.
Week 2 of flower. Just starting week 3 now.
Nutes have been GH Trio following their updated feedchart for light feed. RO water + calmag + armor si and hydroguard.
Week 3 of flower things started kicking into high gear. Lefty is stretching like CRAZY. Righty is a little behind both on the stretch and on the bud formation but should be along shortly.
Week 4 of flowering. Things are moving pretty fast at this point. The left one is definitely stretching more and beginning to flower much faster than the right one.
Week 5 of flower. Flowering is going pretty well, got a bit of nute burn mostly on the left plant. These ladies definitely do not like strong nutes. Max I've gone so far is 600ppm on 500 scale.
Week 6 of flower! Colas are stacking and getting fatter. Leaves on the right plant look kinda odd. They are clawing a bit and look kinda funky, but perhaps it's just the genetics.
Week 7 of flower! Starting to see foxtailing across both plants, not exactly sure if something went wrong or if it's just genetics. Will have to see what happens going forward.
Week 8 of flower! The foxtailing is getting worse, I think? The plants have stopped eating as much and my PH has been tanking hard. Been adding 5+ml of PH Up daily just to keep them in check.
Getting close to the end I think, but may be difficult to tell with the foxtailing. Accidentally snapped a branch so I've begun drying it as a tester. Happy accident!
Wow! I really enjoyed visiting ur journals! Great work, I hope you’ll get a healthy grow with the best results and some delicious buds at the end. Keep on doing ur thing.
I will drop by some times to see your progress on ur grows! Happy growing and feel free to drop by anytime to say hello! Have a good day 😁🥦
What are the white things that you're using as standoffs, holding the bins off the ground?
Why the water meter on the ???drains??? Is that what I see? What's the equipment feeding water to the blue bin (dehumidifier?)?
Thanks!
@Jungle,
They're made to raise up furniture, got em on amazon.
Yeah haha I put a water meter on the drain pump to try and see how much I pump out. It doesn't get enough consistent flow to read accurately though unfortunately.
The blue bin just has some tubing going from the back of the dehumidifier for draining, with a water sensor at the top to alert/shut off the dehumidifier if it fills up.
