The plants are doing fine so far despite an overwatering at the very beginning.
It looks like it only affected one of the babies. You can see on picture 3that the growth was slowed a bit, the other 2 seem to be just fine, I won't, however, water again until the soil is really dry.
The weather is still pretty ok atm with a good sun exposure (6ish hours of sun a day).
Bonus: the last two pics are my friend's auto in the flowering stage. The strain is not defined but it looks and smells good.

One of the plants has the leaves a bit yellow and seems to be a bit behind compared to the two others, as usual in the beginning I am confused, too much water, not enough?
I only watered them once with until a little leak appears at the bottom of the pots.

Lets see. Since they are outdoors, you can't do anything about the temperatures, since they are a little on the low side, that will make the plants grow slower.
As for water, you are over watering, a lot. Soaking the whole pot is too much at this point, they will take weeks to use all that water. Seedlings at this point need no more than 40 cc of water per day. Just let the soil dry before watering again
