Hello everybody and thanks for stopping in. Dapper_Buds and myself are doing a grow off here. We have same seeds, potters, Unit Farm UF2000 light, and light schedule. I will be using a hydro soil in the Miller High life bottle. Coco in my solo cup. He is using living soil. The Cb will be grown in solo cup while Qp will be grown in the bottle on both our diaries. I invite you to follow along on both. Thanks again Unit farm. The Cb house blend is a cross between quarter pounder auto and chem bubbly auto.

We have sprouted on both. I believe I had my light a pinch too close. Qp in the bottle seems to be struggling more of the two. Nothing else to report. Will likely give a taste of nutrition towards end of this next week.
Update. Restarted qp. Bottle was holding too much moisture and plant was sickly. If it happens again I will restart with all new substrate in the bottle.

The Unit Farm UF2000 light is only part of this grow acting right so far.
So horrible week for qp. 2nd seed did not make it not enough air. I have dumped out bottle substrate and replaced with coco and perlite. Will try again. Cb has been doing a lot better since ph was brought in range. It should be good to go. I will get a grow out of this bottle somehow.

So the 3rd qp is going. Yay. Put extra holes in bottle today to help improve root air. So 🤞 it goes this time. Cb is going good, roots are shooting out the bottom. Dapper has the run on me his are doing better in the living soil. It all is on the finished grow. So we will see how it goes.

Well starting the QP bottle again. Even with coco still not enough air. Determined to get this. I have added a preferated straw from top to bottom in bottle allowing a air channel, and air to center of bottle. Dropping qp seed again, and 🤞 this is what does it. Has been more difficult than I expected with a bottle. Cb is growing well. There was a first node mutation where double branches came from 1 side. I topped and will start lst on branches soon. I usually cut first node off but am keeping to watch mutation. So I have 7 branches to work with at the moment on CB in the solo. Has been first mutation I have had out of a easy dozen grows. Got slight wind burn from trying to provide extra air for the bottle in same location. The Unit farm UF2000 has been working great. Very effect little light for 100 watts vs price for category. My issues have been the challenges of the bottle. So hopefully it is solved and I can get a plant going. Thanks again Unit farm. 🤜🤛

Qp has started again. So hopefully I get some growth with the straw for air. 🤞Cb has started preflowering. Beside that everything is going ok.

Cb has been growing good, and progressively stretching and starting bud sites. Qp has not done much. Is sturdy and looks health. Thinking when I added the straw I might of packed the coco in too much. It might decide to take off this week. Thank you again Unit Farm, especially Justin. 🤜🤛

Cb is going into flowering. Gave her a good trimming in her core. I am a little heavy on my nitrogen level. So will adjust come next feeding . Qp just is not working. Not enough air or substrate is too packed after the straw was inserted. Preparing another bottle with bigger and more holes. Gonna try to get a hydro grow in a bottle before I am done.
Cb is growing good flowering nicely under the unit farmUF2000 light. Defoliated her some. She has minor nutrition burn. I upped it a little too soon. Qp is failed and starting new bottle inverted with seed already planted.

Cb is flowering good. Bottom of bottle came off Qp. Waiting on sprout to emerge. Seed was swollen and tap started. Growing a seed in a hydro form in a bottle is more challenging than expected.

Cb is starting its flush. Trichromes on buds are starting to get cloudy. Qp sprouted a tail. If it don't grow then I will DNF on it. Have more pressing issues than to continue messing with it at the moment. Cb grew well under the Unit Farm UF2000 light. Thanks again Unit Farm, really nice little light. 🤜🤛🍻🌱

Cb has become a frosty little auto. I think I got the solo win but lost the bottle. As you see it sprouted again. Curious to see if it will grow. Gonna put it in the UF4000 room with my photoperiods for now. Thank you Unit Farm. The UF2000 did a amazing job once again.

Looks like I will have a bottle grow after all. I do give dapper the win. He had a finished harvest in both. 🎩 off to dapper. I am still gonna grow this out of curiosity. It is growing in my photo period room under the Unit Farm UF4000 light. If I need to switch my lighting before it is done I will put it back under the Uf2000.

Well the qp bottle grow is happening. I added a few drops of hydrogen peroxide to water to help stop or eliminate the algea growing in coco. Will likely wrap in foil soon. It is growing under the Unit Farm UF4000 light at the moment. The solo was under the Unit Farm UF2000. Dapper_buds has won the grow off. Took too long for my bottle to take. I will have finished results soon on my solo cup part. Thank you Unit Farm 🤜🤛🌱

Qp auto has been growing good under the Unit Farm UF4000 light. I decided to not train it at all besides defoliation if needed. Will be first plant I don't train. Curious to see the results. Thanks again Unit Farm got some great lights.🤜🤛🌱

Had a ph spike a few days ago. Got that fixed hopefully and back to bulking. Growing fairly good now. Few more weeks till finish. Congrats dapper for his win. I took far too long getting a plant to grow with a hydro application in a bottle. Thank you Unit Farm. 🌱🌱🌱

The bottle grow looks to be getting close to done. Been struggling with ph drifts causing lock outs which is not uncommon when I grow plants in root bound situations. Is a really neat grow, and the Unit Farm light works very well. Thank you Unit Farm 🌱🤜🤛

Well QP came out really good in the bottle once I finally got her going. The unit farm UF2000 works great. Qp is at the end of bulking. I plan to feed a few more days to a week. Then start a flush, and a week to two fade. Trichromes are just starting to get cloudy towards tops. Was a really neat grow. Thank you Unit Farm.🤜🤛🌱. Congrats on winning the gow off Dapper_buds.

Qp is finishing up. She has been without nutrition for about 4 days now, and starting to show. Will be harvesting in a week at latest. Looks and feels dense, with a sweet aroma. Looks pretty cool as well. The Unit Farm lights have done a great job. Congrats on the win Dapper_buds. Thank you Unit Farm. 🌱

Grew this is a beer bottle after several attempts, is more of a day smoke from memory. Will update more once dried
Update: 29.7 grams on a bottle grow. Taste like I remember, and effects are nice as well.
Just cut down the Miller high life bottle grow with QP. Was a really neat micro grow. It got much bigger then I expected. Was a pain to get started, and growing. Finally got it. The Unit Farm UF2000 worked great. Thank you Unit Farm 🌱

@JamMAKEcan, yeah but a hydro grow in bottle is a challenge. What I am trying to pull off. Same size as solo cup. So it has been a learning, and evolving experience so far with a couple retrys. Getting air to roots is issue. If I get it to work I will cover what I all did on a harvest video. Key word if. 🤯🌱🌱🌱😁
@JamMAKEcan, it is not getting enough air to roots or the coco got packed too tight when I inserted the straw and roots can't get free. Are my conclusions.
