I have a question, at what distance and percentage should I keep my P4000, I have 4 seedlings that are 3 weeks old, cause I literally can't find anything on the internet bro:( I would really appreciate it!!!

@mrpinkgoo, Hi buddy For your P4000 lighting I advise you to put your lamp at a distance of 30 cm power 25-30% for growth and for the flowering cycle you raise your lamp to 50 cm power 70-75% If you turn up the power to 100% it will be too hot in your grow tent I wish you all the best for this diary
