Successful germination using the following method:
Soaked seeds in tap water, PH 6.5 and 100ppm, in a dark warm cupboard for 24hrs.
After that I put them on cheap kitchen towel (seeds can root into expensive porous ones) which I had wet with the ph’d water. Another 24 hrs and a little tap root had shown on both.
Both were then planted directly into 14L
plastic pots with a mix of 80% Canna Terra Professional and 20% Vermiculite.
The next day both had popped and showing their first leaves.
@Grackle, mate i cant rate canna terra professional enough, its amazing, have used it for all my grows. Have still only fed water with a lil cal mag and tomorow is day 28 of being in that soil :). Best of luck
Looking fantastic my friend 💪😎🔥
Turns out that I can’t get the Canna Terra Pro over here. But I got some soil that hopefully is similar, KIS Organics Biochar “water only” soil. It better be good, it ain’t cheap. But you can reuse it by adding fairly cheap amendments, so we’ll see.
