These are my plants that won't be around much longer. Learned a lot about what to do, moreso about what not to do.
If I could impart any wisdom on a new grower it would be you arent a mad scientist. Don't mix things on a whim and if you do, WRITE IT DOWN. I find it damn near impossible to get better at this without some sort of knowledge of my past mistakes to reference. Whether your experiment is successful or not, you'll have no way to recall those results. I'll say it again, WRITE IT DOWN.
And secondly, HANDS OFF. For awhile I was doing more harm than good being a helicopter parent to my plants. You gotta learn to listen to them the best you can to avoid this.
I'm happy with how they look, but I think I may be disappointed with the yield. Either way I'll have some quality herbs. I loved these plants (Maybe too much) but I can't wait to put them to shame with my next round.
The two strains I've grown from ethos, lilac diesel rbxsomething and this one, had very dense bud composition. The plants were frosty and they were ready around the 8-9 week flower mark. The leaves took on a nice purple hue at the end too which I love. It wasn't overly picky and grew nice and strong despite being the smallest plant. I don't know if anyone out there has these seeds, but if you do, give them a rip.
****WEIGHT IS DRY***** I'm not sure why anyone would want to know the wet weight.
This plant looked beautiful early on and developed a big hearty stem. It didn't really materialize in the plant.
The leaves seemed abnormally small and I think the buds suffered from it along with poor training. I would of waited a week but all of the leaves were pretty much cooked. I may have botched this plant a little and I may owe it a second run in the future because I made plenty of whoopsies that don't make an assessment of it very fair.
The work put in didn't match the yield in my opinion which is a bummer but I'm glad I gave it a shot because I've heard good things about strawberry cough.
Well this plant has been an enigma. I was convinced I stunted her judging by how quickly her leaves went yellow. Then her buds got enormous. A few big colas that extend waaaay farther down the plant than the other two strains I grew
Not exactly the nugs I'm looking for though. The buds, even in week 10 have a TON of white hairs. And the calyxs don't seem to want to swell. The nugs themselves took awhile to even show trichomes and they still don't seem as prevalent as you'd expect a 10th week plant to be. The buds look larfy. I'll give it one- two weeks max with even less lamplight hours to see if I can get them to swell a little but it doesn't look promising. Even if it's one of the best strains I've ever had, an 11-12 week flowering commitment isn't exactly what I'm looking for
This plant does have a strong citrus aroma which is fun since it comes as advertised. This plant probably would of been a monster if I didn't beat the crap out of it. Fingers crossed we get some magic this week.
If I lived in a more favorable climate I'd definitely try this one outdoors.
Strain wanted to thrive but I wouldn't let it. Though one thing I will say about the plant was it was always very leafy. Stretched a ton when lights flipped too.
