L_Ron_Hoover -Cracked in water no problem.
-Moved to paper towel and it opened with the root all twisted around itself.
-Moved to the soil in the usual fashion but the twist could not be unraveled (without breaking).
-Turns out the twist is half root/half stem. As it started to emerge from the soil it was fine but it began to "flop" as the leaves gained size and weight.
-5 days in soil and it just flopped fright over. I removed the entire plant and root "ball", straightened it as much as I dared and replanted it with more of the stem in the soil (than normal) to allow it to bear it's own weight in an upright position. I re-packed it and watered it. It looks low but not too bad. Still about 15/20mm from soil to the cotyledon leaves.

L_Ron_Hoover Onward upward!
Chopped the 2nd set of leaves as, usual, for a bit more light.
I decided to roll the dice and start with a regular General Hydroponics feeding schedule even though I am potted I'm miracle grow. All the plants I grew using THIS bag of MG showed major deficiencies. I'm assuming this bag of MG is NFG as I have used MG in the past with great results. Doesn't appear to be an issue so far so...
***I'm using 2L bottles for feeding so all nutrient measurements are actually ml/2L so actual #'s are roughly half what growdiaries shows***
***The "weeks" are off a bit as I didn't start the diary on time. Day "1" was 2021/08/26***
L_Ron_Hoover The internodal spacing was almost non-existent so I went to LST. I should have left it but what's done....
The whole grow has kind of gone for a S#*T so I'm going to take a cutting, send this to flower and start again.
We live. We 'grow'. We learn. ;)
