Sugar Black Rose - Outdoors

I didn't plan on writing a diary for this girl, but she's turning into a beautiful lady and I'd like to share her beauty. 😍 She was vegging for about 7 weeks before she started to flower naturally. I quadlined her early and she's got a great 4-cola structure. The colas are getting seriously fat now after 5 weeks of flowering. She'll get impressive I reckon.... The reason I didn't start a diary for her was the fact that she only gets a couple of hours of direct sunlight a day, for the rest of the day she's in shade. Apparently a few hours a day is enough to build some fat buds. I didn't expect that.

This beautiful lady is fattening up nicely. Her colas are pretty massive. She has been smelling lovely up until now - and suddenly she smells nothing!!! My initial thought was that the high temps had caused all terpenes to vaporise off, but sadly that wasn't the case. I quickly ran around the house sticking my nose in everything strong smelling - detergents, coffee, some foul smelling Green Mussel Capsules - and all smell...nothing. Feck!!!! I've got the freakin virus. Feck feck feck!!!!

This lady is finishing up beautifully. Her colas are really fat. I'll let them build some more density before she's ready to get chopped. I'm decreasing her feeding.

So, I caught a neighbour's cleaning help reaching over the wall and take photos of my plant. I decided it was a good time to chop. I put her in a dark room for 36 hours and then I hung her whole upside down. She'll now dry and cure for a 2 - 3 weeks. She's got some seriously fat and sticky buds. I've included a 1.5 liter water bottle in some pics for comparison.

This plant grew very well. Unfortunately she got full of mold during drying. It was my fault that didn't give it enough air circulation. I lost all of the main colas and could only salvage some of the buds.
