Canamatoes Hi hello 🤘 Day 1 of my diary Strawberry Banana DWC I floated 1 seed (covered) for 5 days in 150ppm of Megacrop ph'd to 6.0 The seed sat under a Mars FCE6500 to bask. I then transferred the bean to a presoaked rockwool cube and into a net pot under my new Mars Hydro FCE6500 30" away from 650w 💥 This light is holy shit 😳 the brightest light I have ever seen light... Im using 40 less watts now than I was a few weeks ago from 3 lights combined in my 5x4. 425ppm's of Megacrop is mixed & then ph'd to 5.7, chilled to 17°c with the bubbler on full. 36hrs later We have lift-off... Canamatoes Day 8 Strawnana💋🍌 All is good so far, she is geeen, alive and finished her 1st week, that is a success in my books. Dwc is all new to me. She is 27" away from 650w on 20-4 lighting schedule on full power. The FC-E 6500 is one sick badass holy shit light. Im super impressed 👌 its ridiculously bright 🌞 More FC-E's coming 🔥🔥🔥 I can't wait, the TS are/were great lights, the new FC/FC-E .... is the holy shit line.. 👍👍 We have roots! Megacrop and Sea-k from day 1 has been the recipe. 420ppm/5.7 ph 17-19°c Lots of photos and video coming of the training of this plant. I will top her at some point. Canamatoes Hi & Hello 👋 Thanks for having a look at Strawnana in DWC canastyle. No training as of yet but its coming, this is my 4th attempt at dwc and Im really digging learning. Its not set and forget, it requires maintenance.. Megacrop & Sea-k seem to be working, I haven't been looking at nute alternatives that would work better in dwc, I honestly just tried it and it worked. The roots sure get stained quickly around the net pot area for some reason. As the nute solution drops it leaves a scum line that looks bad. She is 17-19°C down below steady, 700ppm 5.7ph I moved out all my CBD plants from this tent as it was such a pain accessing each plant daily for feeding or maintenance. So there is temporary extra space in my 4x4 and I thought I woud fiddle with my Mars FCE 6500... One of the main reasons I selected the FCE 6500 over the FC was the ability to slide the led bars. It comes with the Octopus cable, that with wingnuts lets you slide all bars. But not the end bars, they are fixed, or they were... I modified the clips with a set of sheers.. the one end bar now slides. As you can see in the photos all the bars are now very close to each other. I have dropped the power significantly too and I still have ridiculously fantastic coverage.. Im so in love with the FCE series of lights 🙌 Lots of photos and video coming of all the training Have the best day☮️💜

Canamatoes Day 26 🦄 Thanks for the peak at my dwc Strawberry Banana So far so great, this is my 4th dwc Ive tried growing this way and Im in love with the system. Its very different from growing in Promix and the change is great. I definitely will not give up on Promix thats for sure, Im just taking a small break to learn more about this new way of growing. This plant was just lst'd, pushed over and trained out horizontal giving all the branches some space. A little defoliation, some leaf tucking and I lollipoped her in a few spots. She is 23" from my Mars Hydro FCE6500 on 20-4 lighting schedule and absolutely loving every moment of it. I moved the led bars together, (that is the beauty of the FCE series, slidable,) and the par level at the canopy 🔥 I just added Bud Explosion to my Megacrop and Sea-k mixture to the tune of 800ppm 5.7ph temp of 17-19°c all day long.. Fingers crossed 🤞 Lots of photos and video coming of all the training for this plant

Canamatoes Day 33 Strawberry Banana Hello, Thanks for having a look, Strawnana dwc trained canastyle 🤘 She is stretching out like mad right now, I bent her over and and completely stripped off all the lower foliage and spread her out flat as I normally do but she keeps fighting back. Sitting 21" away from Mars FCE power 🔥 650watts of badassness on 20-4 lighting schedule. The ability to slide these bars around is ingenious...Im not using my full tent so sliding the bars together is creating a way different light, I know Im getting way deep penetration with crazy good coverage👍👍 Megacrop, Sea-k and Bud Explosion is what Im using, Ppm of 750 ph'd to 5.7 Lots of very cool stuff coming 😎 All the training for this will be recorded and posted. Canamatoes Hello Hello 👋 Thanks for looking. Wow what a stressful couple of weeks, I lost Wet Cindy last week from mold and this girl was inches away from Cindy. I royally screwed up and almost lost them all due to a dive in tent conditions with poor air circulation. I normally have that dialed right in, but for a short period I failed and paid the price of the lost of 1 huge plant. My 3rd try at dwc, RIP. Strawnana is my 4th try. So I double defoliated this plant in hopes of removing any possible infected leaves with spores 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 My 2 fans are back on full rip moving the air around nicely, the temps are 26°c and RH of 59. A have moved this girl from my 4x4 that was under my incredible Mars FCE6500 to a new 5x5 with a new FCE6500 🤯😱😯🙀 These 2 new FC & FCE lights are phenomenal, leaps and bounds above anything I have ever used. The even high par coverage Im getting is exactly what I was lacking in the past, my Apogee says so 😁 MegaCrop, Sea-k & Bud Explosion is the deal, 900ppm ph'd to 5.8ish Lots of photos and video coming 🍻 Have an amazing day🙏☮️💜

Canamatoes Day 50 🍹 🤞🤞 no signs of mold passed on from Wet Cindy. Cinderella was a big Fastbuds dwc auto that because of my screw up, she developed powdery mildew that spread quickly through her so I decided to kill her off. This was a week ago and then I began a foliar treatment for Strawnana and the 2 others. I cleaned house with bleach, everything was wiped down hoping that if any spores landed they were eliminated. What a stressful week staring at this girl looking for signs that PM spores had spread to her. I found 2 small spots on the outer fans, I cut it out carefully. I then spray drentched her everywhere including the branches, tops and bottoms of leaves with 3mls/ltr of My Good Green. I will continue this once a week as a prevention for mold and pests🍻 The temp is good 22°C the RH is a tad low at 50ish 20 on 4 off lighting schedule under the incredible beast Mars Hydro FC6500 On full power 19" away.. the leaves are getting a bit crispy from this light forsure and Im aware of it, its so different from the TS series and Im still getting used to the new power. Im feeding about 900ppm of Megacrop & Bud Explosion ph'd to 5.8 topping her up a gallon every day now. Thanks for having a look. More photos and video coming. Have an amazing day ☮️💜

Canamatoes Hello Hello, thanks for having a look at my diary of Strawnana DWC Im still really enjoying the challenges of growing in dwc, this is my 4th plant growing in hydro, the 3rd didn't make it to the finsh line, mold set in all over her, Wet Cindy.. but she was huge.. Megacrop, Sea-k & Bud Explosion is what I'm using for food, 950ppm ph of 5.8 @ 17°C she is drinking about 1 gallon a day. Lots of wind blasting around her from my 2 fans giving her a workout and keeping the potential for mold down 🤞🤞 Sitting 19" away from FC power🔥 Mars Hydro FC6500 power is the deal.. If you are considering upgrading your lights anytime soon, you must look at the FC or FCE series of lights, they are so badass on every level, I have both and I give them a 10/10 She is smelling of gas and foulness and its strong.. its not the best smelling plant I have grown, but thats not a bad thing. She's getting thick in the hips I say, the swelling buds are covered in frosty trichs, lots of beauty 💜 Were not too far from the finsh line now 🙌🤞 Lots of photos and video coming 🍹 Thanks for reading and following along 🙌 Have the best day ☮️💜

Canamatoes Day 69 Sorry for the crappy updates, life has pulled me off course.. Sunday, Nov 7th, Im going to start the flush today, the trichomes are cloudy and she is swollen, the buds are so dence. Ph'd RO water only for the last 7-10 days. Sitting 21" away from Mars FC6500 power.. On 20-4 lighting schedule. Im learning how easily it is to fry my plants with this FC... Megacrop, Bud Explosion and Sea-k has worked great for this grow 👍👍 She has been sprayed many many times with Ferminator in hopes of stopping the spreading of PM from Wet Cindy to her. 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Thanks for reading 🍻 Have an amazing day ☮️ 💜

Canamatoes Heynow 🙌 I think were at day 80 with only a few days remaining before the chop This is my 3rd dwc grow so far and I'm stressed to the 9's to be quite honest. It is an amazingly cool way to grow but the hurdles are killer, literally 😁 She is drinking over a gallon a day which is very cool to watch! Only Ph'd RO water to 5.8 I love my Mars FC6500, its such a beast of a light that has her home right here for a long time! Strawberry Banana is 23" away from 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Fc power. 650watts On 20-4 lighting schedule with lots of wind from my 2 fans on full rip, she has swollen right up almost to her peek & smelling quite gassy 👍👍 The trichomes are almost all completely cloudy with a tad of amber, so Im giving her only a few more days as Im not into the couch lock effect if I can avoid it.
