Looking good! Smelling good and full steam ahead, taking extra precautions to make sure nothing goes wrong. Not overdoing the nutes, as you can see there are a few makings but overall looking healthy. I am shit scared to defoliate as I dont want a disaster! maybe at the start of week three I'll remove some of the inner growth. Happy grows to all of my buds out there, I hope everyone is doing well.
Update, chucked the Scrog net in and did some bending and weaving, gonna keep this one nice and low! they responded to bending tremendously well. not going to do too much defoliating this time, maybe just in some lower built up areas.
Moved the sf 2000 that I won to the main event tent! It's a good day to join the 650w club! I will definitely get more yield and light penetration!!!
Thank you so much to my friend Chita Spiderfarmer, I love these lights and now I have the chance to maximise my space!
Girls are doing good, did the last of defoliating right at the end of week three. just the big fan leaves that were covering bud sites.
Decided to start water changing weekly so made a full 50liter mix of nutes and budding agent. All is well, lets see how much these buds will fatten, especially with more light exposure :)
goes to show that all plants are different, my bds have some blonde heads, too much light. I have raised the light to 30-40 cm high and will follow the manufacturer's instructions for now on
another learning curve sice I started growing with the spider farmer.
Full steam ahead! I am seeing some light-coloured heads amongst the buds, so I raised the light again and that's that.
Did a tank flush and change over, touched a few flowers and the smell they are giving off is incredible!!
Girls are filling out and smelling amazing! Changed the nutrients and water and saw the conditions were at 45% Humidity and a temperature of 23 Degrees Celsius.
Upon touching the flower your fingers will feel oily and sticky with a scent that will make you melt, they are looking good, see for yourself!
I'm smelling a bit of leaf decay that I think is coming from underneath the scrog net, girls are looking good and are filling out nicely, 2 weeks to go, lets watch those hairs turn :)
All is well and I've had a check for mould, so far looking good, let's see how we go! I hope you enjoyed my video
Last week of flowering; flushed the tank today and added flawless finish, the flowers are looking great, I'm very happy with my blanket of bud sites :)
Please enjoy taking a look at some of the buds at a closer range (taken with the flash on and the light running) so in about 7-9 days I will harvest. !!!!
Thanks to everyone who has been watching this one, she is a beautiful strain and I think I've done her some justice! <3
Off the Flawless finish (4 days) and on to the water; the girls are not ready yet, according to WSE time I have a 5-day window to fill, that's all good with me, good things take time!
The girls are looking nice and frosty, see the photos :) I lost one bud in the corner to mould, it looked like a white coloured cream inside, and the tip of another one was crispy dry, I smoked it
and the taste is good, the smell is good, and the smoke was smooth with pleasant effects.
I anticipate a wet trim and onto the drying rack for 1-2 weeks; some of these spears look incredible, the brownie orangey hairs look beautiful, some buds are all still white haired and looking very frosty :)
