Girl Scout Cookies/Amnesia project

First week of flower in the bag and both the GSC and the Amnesia have nice trichome growth and multiple flower sites. Will be using a metabolism booster in the coming weeks to increase the amount of sites and their density too. Strained them during veg by having light too high so stems aren't as thick as I'd have liked. Still pretty pleased!

Both strains coming along nicely. Started with the boost this week so we should see some acceleration in flower growth from here on in. Tent smell is minimal. Buds are starting to smell but no clear distinction between the two yet.

Plants looking great! Really pleased with how the flowers have come on in the past week. Will be bringing the humidity down by 5% from here on out in order to start to stimulate resin production nice and early.

Flowers continuing to grow nicely. Smells starting to develop further now with obvious differences between the two strains. The GSC smells more earthy and fuel like than the amnesia, which has more sour and citrus notes. The GSC still pulling away from the Amnesia as far as flower development goes. Going to try to reduce the humidity below 50% in the coming weeks to trigger resin development. Also going to try to bring down the temperature as I feel the temperature is too high for the Amnesia.

Managing to keep the humidity level down around 50% which seems to be encouraging flower development. Currently struggling with a heatwave here in the UK and having difficulty bringing the temperature down so I think this is still stressing the Amnesia slightly though Im still seeing gains from her. The GSC is till flying and doesn't seem to mind the temperature excesses. Smells growing more intense now with greater polarisation between the twos terpene profiles.

Same pattern continuing with the flower development. Amnesia flowers are gaining but look as if they are weeks behind the GSC. GSC plants are beautiful with new trichomes emerging daily and pistils too. The Amnesia Pistils are growing too but there's a distinct lack of development of the trichomes across the flower. Hopefully atmospheric temperature will reduce in order to help ammo catch up. Will be investing in an air conditioning unit for next project.

Things are looking good! Flowers are growing nicely with Pistils still growing and trichomes developing everywhere. The Amnesia is still a long way behind the GSC but its holding its own and starting to smell strong and feel very sticky. The GSC plants are flying and could really be harvested any day now were it not for the need for a flush. Going to push them both for another week at least before flush commences. Reducing the amount or base flower nutrients and also stopped feeding the metabolism booster altogether.

Flush started! Plants are starting to produce some lovely smells and aromas now so thankful I've got a decent carbon filter. Going to flush for at least a week, using an automated watering system dispensing 0.6l of water every 12 hours. I had aspired to reduce the atmospheric humidity to 30-40% in order to trigger a defence reaction from the plants to produce more trichomes and resin. Humidity is fluctuating around 50-60% so not ideal but still pleased with the results. Can't wait to get them harvested and dried so looking forward to posting next!
