Things are looking good.
Another thing I learned on this batch, SOAK the rockwool a few days before, so the water can drain out.
My problem, and did it before, but have better control this time.
The problem is I soak the rockwool, then the clones are drowning in the cubes because they are so wet, and take a week to begin to dry out.
Just gave them water, so they ben drying for over a week, with no water, thus no fresh oxygenated water.
Also as you will see in the video, I added new QB288 lights. There on a 480-1750b, so I need to start with 3 at 3000, and will be buying 2 more, 1 at 4000 and another at 3000, thus will have 5 QB 288 in a 4x4 :)
The girls are taking off, their roots are looking strong and white, and overall everything is coming together nicely.
As for action this week I thinking I should spray neem for preventive bugs? then rest and a flip light schedule for 12/12
the girls have really taken off, things are going well, just trying to deal with my humidity. I do not have a dehumidifier, and the outside % is +60%....so it hard to bring it down too much.
I think I may need to purchase on in the near future.
Also would like to get C02 going but realize I'll need a dehumidifier first, so I went cheap and designed a C02 generator from my wine making supplies. It's producing bubbles, as you can see in the video, but not too sure how much its contributing, especially since I have the fan on for controlling the humidity. but it was fun to build
Everything is going great, I also think my plants have stopped stretching/growing, although really close to the lights.
I am not seeing lightburn, is this is something should be concerned about? The leaf temp is about 75 degree under the light.
Also just sticking with AN Bloom, Big Bud, Bud Candy.
Should I be using B52?
Also is overdrive worth it? it seems expensive for two weeks worth of work?
One more question? Is superThrive bad in flowering?
I read somewhere it could make bad things happen in flower because of the hormones it has. thus my question about B52.
Getting closer to harvest, so far things are going smooth. The girls have not drunk as much water this week, looking to slow down.
Som leaves are beginning to discolor, and the previous week I removed many of the top fan leaves to better bud exposure. no adverse reaction from trimming late ...
As of now, I am letting the leaves die off, and will begin tempering my nutes down next week by half, then will do a flush the final week.
everything is going well, I;ve gut my my nutes by 1/3 this week, and will cut the week off early with a water change of PH'd water mid week. Ready to start flushing.
I'm seeing 90% cloudiness and 5% amber and 5% clear ...
Will put the girls into a 36hr night shift next week...then harvest :)
