Hello Growers! Day 56. This was week 8. Of course I had been struggling. The leaf issue became worse again and I decided to flush every plant on day 52. It was not a real flush, I poured pure RO water into the pots until the runoff had ppm of 450-350. About 10 Liter each. I then fed only cal-mag and a little lactic-acid-bacteria solution, 2 liters each plant. Cal-mag 3ml/l. Every plant still have burnt leaftips, even the new tiny growth . On day 55, yesterday, I watered #1 with only cal-mag and until there was a little runoff, had ppm 480 and PH 7.2. So I thought there is still too much fertilizer in the soil, and flushed #1 again with about 8 liters until it had 150ppm, PH was around 7. Fed cal-mag and bacterias again, 2 liters, PH 5.4. The other two haven't been dry enough to water. Today they were. I gave them 1.75 liters, 3ml/l cal-mag, 0,75ml/l BioBloom and again bacteria, PH 6.1, no runoff. I simply didn't wanted to know the values, because I think I'm screwing it up more trying to maintain it till the runoff fits. Since I "flushed" them and stopped feeding all that other stuff they seem to recover a little bit. There is new growth with a healthier green and a little frost! The frost is developing day by day, the "buds" are getting a little bigger continuously. I won't cut anything off anymore until the newer growth will stop developing those spots. I noticed when I cut off something it moves to other leaves. I will begin feeding them again this week, but much more careful, I finally want to see healthy, not drooping leaves. Also I still have to work on the watering. I try to water less, but more frequently this week and will do the water, water, feed schedule. Once I have to get it. #1 takes 1 liter per day, the others 0,5-0,75 liters. I will try to water that amount daily, regarding the drying. I have read a lot, but the more I read the more confused I am. Some write this, others write that. I'm struggling, but i will not bury my head in the sand. Ok, cried enough, :-) Have a nice Sunday everybody!

Week 9. Day 63, 4 weeks in flower, i would say. I'm not sure when to start flushing. About half of the trichomes are clear, the other is milky. In the middle of the flowers little brown hairs are developing, i wonder what that could be. 3 Plants 3 pics.

The plant with the brown pistils is ready to be flushed now and the one that's showing half brown half white will need to be flushed soon aswell. It looks like the last pic with all the white pistils still have about 3 weeks to go

Can I use pure osmosis water for flushing, or do I need to treat it somehow?

I use RO water with other nutrients sometimes I would follow your feeding table for the flush most just advise ph balanaced tap water though common sense tells you that ro water would be better I use it lol Flushing means starving her of nutrients so she uses her own and not adding more chemicals flushing agents ect and alot of people will disagree with me but I never have used them and working for a nutrient company myself we dont advise using flushing agents some can ruin bud if they arnt balanaced right ect.

It looks like you have a cal mag lock out . Those bigger leaves shouldn't have gone yellow yet since they were probably getting some light still. This has happened to me a couple times and it was a ph pen that was out of calibration. What I would do is on the next watering you could flush a bit of water out the bottom of the plant and check what it's ph is since your in a grow medium . Nutrients can build up in there and put your ph balance out of wack . Need to get the soil above 6.0 ph and the plant will start to uptake cal mag again . So if your soil is at 5.8 then do a watering at 7.0 to help balance the low ph in your medium . As for the brown hairs :) they go red orange purple brown all kinds of colors . I wouldnt worry about that . I would work on getting that soil into the higher ph. Hope this helps . Plants up top look good . Try to keep the bigger fan leaves down low they are what will show you having any issues first ... most of the time . If they are still green with the brown spot leave them on there and watch to see if it continues to get worse. If it doesn't get worse and they aren't turning yellow let em ride .

@GruenerRitter, Well I would say you have a couple more weeks still . 2000 ppm run off is pretty high but that might be because it's not up taking the nutes . I would consider changing your grow medium up next run . I have made the mistake of over feeding my plants a few times but I have realized that my line of nutes needs to be at a 1/4 to half of what the sheet says . The trichomes are how your really going to know when to harvest . I want a bit of couch lock for my stuff so I start to flush when the trichomes are mostly cloudy and by the time it's done flushing 1.5 to 2 weeks then I have usually 30% amber trichomes but that just strains I am running too and I know them now . I don't really mess with autos because I grow for yield and that's hard to do with an auto . Check out my rando clone wars tent its a 4x4 scrog grow and is putting down some really good weight this run .

@Rodamis_Prime, thanks mate! I haven't let the water rest for a day, i always have used it immediately. My runoff had TDS 2000ppm and PH was 7-7.2, then i flushed all 3 plants to a low ppm, PH was still high at 7-7.2. Then only have fed small amounts of nutes with little lower ph, 5.8, now 6.1. I had issues all the time. I have had to remove a lot of sick leaves. Few times. I don't mean the pistils, there are much shorter hairs coming. What do you think, how much longer for the plants?
