With my last grow, i ran into some issues i was running my lights 40in. I wasn't sure if i saw some stretching, but i realized i had kind of planted it a little to shallow in the soil, so i moved it down about 2cm.

Looks like she is just growing in a way to get more light. Looks like you have her in the corner of the tent and im guessing the light is centered and not directly above.
