For that I trust Sanlight for the lighting with their superb Evo-Series, then I will grow in ebb & flow with clay ball pots. In these pots will be Blueberry Muffin from Botafarm California and to feed the plants I will trust advanced nutrients.
Blueberry muffin description:
Blueberry Muffin from BTF AKA Strawberry Muffin is an indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing Dj Short's famous Blueberry with Sour Diesel.
This variety has a unique flavor. A mix of toasted nuts, savory mint, abrasive fresh blueberries and sweet strawberries, the flowery bouquet offers an earthy berry aroma.
Blueberry Muffin from BTF tends to hit the consumer's body with mid-level relaxing sedative effects. The mental state is often exhilarating and creative which offers a sense of stress relief.
BTF Blueberry Muffin is often recommended for consumers suffering from chronic pain, inflammation and depression. The flower is a very short plant with very little stretch, but when grown under perfect conditions (VPD and care), it produces gigantic buds.
To grow:
I'm planning on 2-4 weeks of growth, I'll see as I go along. I will make a simple FIM with defoliation.
EC and PH will be checked only to see if there are variations but I will not take into account the total value of the EC which does not interest me. No use of ph down planned. I will run with osmosed water.
The clay beads were buffered for 10-14 days and the rockwool cubes were buffered 24 hours prior to germination in a ph 4.5 and EC 0.7 solution that contained :

I started the run on wednesday 22/09, I germinated my seeds between two cotton pads at 24 degrees and under greenhouse at 90 - 99 % of humidity, during this time the rock wool cubes were immersed in a nutritive solution.

I made 60L of nutritive solution.
Water temperature 20°.

The automatic watering is currently set to 1 tide of 15 minutes every hour, in bloom I will move to 2 tides of 15 minutes per hour.
For the moment I have placed my LEDS at 100cm at 40% which gives me about 200-300 ppfd and 15 of DLI I will keep this for 7 days and then I will move my lamps closer to 30 cm for 40%. Then 7 days later I will stay at 30 cm but I will increase to 60%.
Then will come the passage in 12/12 where I will be at 80% and 30 cms then will come the 5th week of flowering where I will pass to 100% and 40cm and the last week 100% at 30cm.
I will start on these settings following my last run and some calculations made.

Once the seeds germinated, I put the seeds in the rockwool cubes and put the whole thing back in the greenhouse under the same conditions as before. In 4 days I passed from the seed to the cotyledons for 4 seeds on 5, the last seed having just left the LDR, it then joined its buddies on the tide table where rests thus 5 Blueberry Muffin with growth +0.
I give you an appointment in 7 days for the first week of growth.

Growth 0 to 7
The nutritive solution has evolved during the week.
I started with a PH of 5.5 and an EC of 0.8 to have this evolution :
26/09 PH 5.5 EC 7

29/09 PH 6.5 EC 8

01/10 PH 6.8 EC 9
Addition of 10L of water without anything else to lower EC

As you can see, I had a big increase of the PH this week, nothing very abnormal since the buffering of my clay balls was not enough. I deliberately did not use a PH down and let my PH fluctuate.
This day at growth 7, I empty the tank and change the nutritive solution.
I start with 60L of solution for :
2ML/L Sensi Grow A & B
2ML/L Voodoo Juice
2ML/L B-52
This gives me a nutrient solution at PH 5.5 EC 1.2 TEMP 19°.
I should no longer have such fluctuation and keep a correct ph to maximize assimilation.
For the lamps, they are now at 40 cm and 40% intensity about 350-400 ppfd. I will switch to 60% next week and keep these settings for the end of growth.
I removed the BBM 5 which was not growing and did not seem to want to bloom. It is the one which had posed me of the problem since the beginning of the germination.

I did a FIM at growth 11 so that's why it looks like this :D, on some FIM I was a little too deep and it will give a topping, no worries.
I plan to do 2 more weeks of growth, the picture of the roots you see above is the one where there are the most, so some are less provided, I think of several things, the quality of each seed within the same package, a seed may feel more comfortable in hydro or in soil and therefore govern differently, more resistant than its friends to various stresses ... So many factors in fact!
What is interesting is that I will choose my plant to spray with my theseedsmaker pshit according to that, it is also the one that had a fast germination that is well structured... Anyway, I think I choose a good plant to make my seeds.
I also changed the soup for this 3rd week

Growth 14 to 21

during this 3rd week of flowering, fim and topping have recovered well and we can see that the hydro system is well launched since the plants are growing well.
On the leaves with 1 and 3 leaflets you can see the deficiency or blockage that I had in week two of growth. Everything is going well now.
I can clearly see that the BBM 2 and 4 are the most in shape for the moment, both visually and in terms of roots.
I replace the nutrient solution.
So I make 60L at a rate of :
4ML/L Sensi grow A&B
2Ml/L Bud Ignitor
2ML/L B-52
This gives EC 2.2 PH 5.6, still without using ph down.
I start the Bud Ignitor a week early to get flowers faster. Some growers using AN have seen a difference rather than waiting until the beginning of bloom.
I am lowering the leds to a ppfd of 600 for this last week of growth.
From now on I will spray my "Pshit" of THESEEDSMAKER, twice a day to create my seeds.

The last week of growth is finished, I make a fast point on these 4 weeks, week 1 everything goes well, week 2 I try some height and power, I block the plants and develop a small deficiency and I realize the FIM at the same time what adds an additional stress.
In week 3 I realize the mistakes and correct it all by raising the lamps and increasing my base. I now think I have no more problems with light blocking.
Here we are, first week of flowering, I will wait that the plants exceed 20 cm (currently 15 cms) then I will put a first net to direct the apexes.
I continue to apply my "PSHIT" to create my seeds on the BBM #2.
Here is my new soup always with osmosis water and a temperature between 18 and 19°.
