If the worms are small enough use bacillus thuringiensis 7d/7d/14d foliar spray you can use systemic neem (7d/14d) to hit them in both ways in soil and leaves, till azadirachtin is translocable, the plant will use it in the spots she needs preventing mold and increasing strenght of the girl. you can also use 1 shoot of diatomea earth lightly sprinkle in the top of the soil with a strain (1-2g is well enough) it have antifungical properties and make the plant regulate the P absortion, increase the N uptake, make the cell walls stronger (stems & leaves) and activate secondary pathways related to self-defense against pests and fungi, diatomea earth will alkalinice the soil, so keep the ph at 6.2 for the next waterings.
